I’ve been struggling with my weight for the last few years. I couldn’t lose weight with anything I have tried from lowering calories to working out. I finally decided to try weight watchers and stay strict with the amount of points every day. I have now lost 6 pounds in about 3 weeks! I’m a 37 year old woman at 143 now I weigh 137 and still losing without GLPs! You can do it!

I honestly feel that I haven’t been able to find a good coach. When I started I had a great coach. When you down sized the coaches. I haven’t found one ( online or in person) that seemed to give me what I needed.

The cost is high

You get Everything here instead of having to pay for services at 3 or 4 locations. And the pay is fantastic.

I feel as if I’m being professionally monitored and that WW cares about my progress. I’ve also enjoyed watching the many videos.

The offer for the GLP-1 medication is very misleading. When I searched the Weight Watchers app they advertised the medication for as low as $50 a month, which doesn’t include my membership. When I received the prescription for the medication through my insurance it was over $430 per month. I messaged my care team and was sent a discount coupon, which I presented to my pharmacy and it was even more expensive. I couldn’t pay that price per month and asked to have my med+ subscription reduced to the core plus subscription. My care team responded with “We would be happy to switch your subscription after the med+ subscription expires. I feel taken advantage of and will never recommend WW to anyone. They don’t want to help you with your weight loss journey, they just want your money. Stay away from this program and save your money for something that will guarantee your results because this company is a ripoff.

Would love to be able to have a live sagent to speak with

The people that make up Weight Watchers make the organization a success. Encouragement is their gift that is much needed in the weight loss process.

The ease of using the WW app. The monitoring by the team. And the fact that someone quickly answers questions I may have. I love it!

So attentive and caring! I am so happy with the med+ program. However I VERY much dislike the tracking system. I much rather prefer to log my food into the “My Fitness Pal” app.

Medication arrives on time. I am about to start on my second month and probably my last month because I can not afford after the $199 ends. I have lost only 5 pounds.

Too few choices to join virtual groups for Orientation and Fitness Workshops. I work full-time and cannot do meetings between 8:30 am and 5 pm. There are none that work for me.

It’s good, but I think the wait time to get response from your care team should be better than 2-3 days.

Since finally getting access to meds everything has been awesome. Communication has been top tier.

I really like the professionalism of the care team. They are knowledgeable and reply in a timely manner. I am using the app which is user friendly and helpful. I have not booked any fitness appts yet but I might do that which is a great asset. My only issue is in waiting for my 2nd month of pills and have no idea when they will get here. Bin don’t know how long the process takes to get them - and the shipping - It would be nice if we could track the delivery. I have 1 pill left and don’t know when they will come.

App isn’t user friendly

I have really been enjoying the process and the team. I am learning a lot!
