Very helpful, knowledgable and caring.
I have been purchasing monthly since 2024 and have successfully lost 27kilos, this has been slowly and gently and therefore have no unsightly lose skin. The staff are great and really help me as my days off are hard to fit around the clinics monthly check in but they make it happen. I am definitely still reliant on the jabs but when I get to my goal weight I will cut down but maintain so I keep the weight off.

We completely understand your disappointment, and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. Our team did provide updates regarding the delay, and we appreciate your patience during this time.
As some of our medications fall under Controlled Drug classifications, we are subject to legal restrictions in the dispensing process, which can occasionally result in unavoidable delays. To help minimise this, we encourage patients to complete their payment as soon as possible after their consultation. In your case, it appears that the payment was made after the same-day processing cut-off, which contributed to the delay.
We are committed to ensuring a smoother experience for you in the future and will do everything we can to facilitate prompt payment and avoid any further delays. Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to continuing to support you on your journey.
