They re criminals. I ordered a clipper for over a month and not delivered. Do not petronize them.

The product never arrived and when I filed a claim with PayPal first they said they were running behind with delivery and then they charged their claim to say that it was delivered which never happened. This is a scam as far as I can see.

This company are sophisticated organizaed group of criminals. Do not send them any money because they are completely fraud operation.

Product was dead on arrival. The customer service did nothing, they kept asking me to check in for over 4 weeks. That was when I realized I have been scammed.

SCAM ALERT!!!!!!!
I ordered three separate items over 4 weeks ago which still has not arrived. So recently went online to check the status of my items using the 3 separate Whistl tracking reference numbers and saw status marked as failed delivery which was odd as I've been home, so called Whistl to arrange a re delivery but to my SHOCK was told that the tracking numbers provided by WEEKEND CHEERS did not exist. So I've raised a complaint to have site shut down as a potential Scam if I dont receive items in NEXT 24 HOURS!!! Will keep you fans posted

I purchased two pair. There was small pieces of hair in both clippers. Someone must have returned them, and the packaged them for me, the next customers. Don't buy this product. Believe the reviews, or you will write your own.

Placed an order in February of this year, it is now the end of May. They were responsive to the first few emails with the response, "we're checking with our fulfillment team..." then "...we'll follow up with the appropriate department..." , then nothing. No response for 2 months.

I don't know how these people can still be in business.

Ordered Product since March and to date nothing. All I have received is that someone will get back to me. This company should not be in business

On no account should any thinking person consider dealing with this so called organisation. I placed an order in response to an advertisement on my Yahoo email screen margin only to have the consignment leak in its delivery bag because the cap in the phail had not been tightened. So far I have contacted them more than ten times and always "we have passed your matter to the appropriate department". No attempt to offer a remedy or refund. They also appear to be using someone else's business address as their own on the address label. I am about to report them to the registered owner of that address and to NSW Trading Standards.

Ordered 3 items, the unit number from my address was removed on their end before shipping. They supposedly shipped my order out Febuary 16th 2023. Now they are waiting for a response from whatever department deals with these issues. Meanwhile it has been almost 2 months... They refuse to refund my money and when asked if they could resend the products I ordered to the correct address I got silence! Then they had the nerve to send me another email (while I'm still waiting on a response from my previous email) with a 10% discount code asking me to shop again. WOW, scammers posing as a legitimate company or really horrible business etiquette and practices... Seems like the same thing to me. I guess now I know why they don't have reviews directly on their website. The best part! They give a fake Canada Post tracking number... It doesn't even match up with the Canada Post order numbers, completely different numbering systems! Pretty sure it is illegal to tell customers you are using a specific shipping company that you are not in a legally binding receipt email. They are making Canada Post look bad and flooding them with phone calls because of the fake information they are sending people. I will definitely provide Canada Post with my emails, including the follow up email where their employee confirmed that they are specifically using Canada Post to ship. I wish there was a way to make this website pop up everytime someone goes into their site. It would have saved me a lot of money. I don't understand why companies like this are allowed to post and operate. This is straight up theft. Order #159084.

Don't waste your time and money. This company is a BIG SCAM I ordered a barber shaver on the 15 of February, its now the 22 of March and still not even dispatch. I asked for my money to be refunded, they emailed me and said all sale are final so no refund.

This company sent my order 2000 miles away and it's been over 2 weeks and all they have said is wait for our team to get together! This company sucks!! I have gotten a email saying they don't do refunds but you look at their website and it says differently! This company sucks period and I suggest to everyone else not to order from them!!

This is a well organized SCAM company. It seems your orders always get lost. You will never get a refund. STAY AWAY.

This company is a total scam! I bought one barber shaver , after the transaction completed, there is another screen pop up asking me to try another for a discount. By curiosity, I click to see what it would be. Then it total up to the previous one; there is no remove or cancellation options. I emailed to have them cancel for me 1 item; they said the sales are final, they can not do anything.This is the first time in my life encounter something like this. Stay away folks!

I ordered two bottles of a kitchen cleaner and never get a product or money back. Their customer service is just a scam. NEVER buy anything from them! Avoid the trouble!

DON'T BOTHER BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY, IT'S TOO RISKY.
I ordered the bubble cleaner which came after a long time. The envelope arrived with just a tiny bottle of cleaner, the nozzle and tube were too large for the bottle that I couldn't even screw the cap down. No instructions were sent on how much to use and no receipt.
I sent an email requesting some instructions but got no reply.
I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

I ordered some items from this site. The order was canceled on their side. I contacted them several times and all I got was I will check that. They took my money and i didn't receive anything. I will never buy anything from them again

Bought a faucet august 21 for approx. $34.
Received it some weeks later and it works fine, thank you very much.
Unfortunately they drew $99.95 from my account instead of the agreed amount of $34.
Wrote them about the issue, and when asked provided documentation of the - mistake.
Never heard a word back, and now I have to block my credit card and get a new one in order to dispute the transaction.
If I could leave a negative amount of stars I would do so.

Bought this product " Deep cleaning Foam Toothpaste advert "whiles online on youtube(25.90$) with order number 131576. It is 3 months now. No Refund / product. This is real Scamming company. Please stay away. Joana @ Germany
