This is the second occasion now that I have used this company in the last couple of months and the service was once again exceptional.
The goods arrived next day once again using the same courier company as before (DPD Local).
This company without question deserves 5 stars for both communication & service so without question I will be using them again.

Without doubt this company deserves 5 stars for the friendly service I received on the phone ( which in its self is quite unusual today) and the speed in which the items were delivered.

Ordered a new motor for my 2 post ramp, nice easy transaction, unfortunately when the motor arrived it had been damaged in transit, a quick email and I received a phone call next day and a replacement part was received the following morning!! Absolutely fantastic service 👍👍

So helpful from my first call
So helpful from my first call, got a professional to call me and detail what I needed. No hard sales just good old fashioned customer service. The best part ordered my motor at 14.30 pm and it was with me at 09.30 am the next day ( free delivery because I spent over the minimum). I can only applaud this company

While pallet shipments don’t currently offer live customer tracking links, we’re always able to track these orders directly and provide updates whenever needed.
