A lot of paper work to sell a car
A lot of paper work to sell a car, had sign about 6 different documents. It only took about 25 minutes to inspect the car and give me an updated value of the car, it took about another 35 minutes waiting for someone to review the inspection report and print a check. It was about half of the online quote but this car was 22 years old.

Hey Ron,
Thank you for leaving a review. We value your business and we’re grateful we could purchase your 2002 Toyota Avalon.
We understand signing paperwork can be tedious, no one enjoys it. It can be frustrating and we hear your feedback loud and clear. We always try to keep paperwork to a minimum whenever possible, however, certain documents are required for us to legally purchase your car.
We value your feedback and our leadership team would love to hear more. We’ll be reaching out to you directly by phone and hope to have the chance to connect 1-on-1. We would love to discuss your experience and also address any concerns with price.
Thank you for letting us know we could do better. We always want to deliver 5-star service and if there’s room for improvement we want to act on it. Hopefully we can connect with you directly and see what we can do to give you that 5-star experience all our customers deserve.
Kind regards,
Kevin, on behalf of webuyanycar.com

Straightforward
Straightforward, no nonsense process. You won’t get top dollar which is very much to be expected, but if you’re looking for a fair price and rapid unloading of a vehicle I would highly recommend it.
