Go into the Morton PA branch
Go into the Morton PA branch. I get there 20 minutes early I say sorry appointment was at 4. Here a little early. He says a little early. Way early. Thank God my 3 pm cancelled on me. Ok. I sit down he says why are you selling your car I say looking to get another car. My wife says yeah we really enjoyed this car he says. Yeah Lexus' are overpriced Toyotas. Ok whatever. He inspects car comes back and say what car are you looking to buy? At this point I say we are not sure but what difference does it make. Yes a little abrupt on my end I admit but I can tell things are not going well. He comes back with a super low offer. I say no we're gonna pass he then says what do you want? I give my offer he then says ok let me call my superior. Gets on computer punches a couple keys and says no we're gonna pass we are sticking with same offer. Never again!!!! No professionalism whatsoever!!!!

We want to be clear that rudeness and unprofessionalism are inexcusable. Every customer deserves to be treated with respect, and we sincerely apologize that you felt otherwise during your appointment. We are actively investigating the conduct of the employee involved and will take appropriate action based on our findings.
Regarding the valuation of your Lexus, our pricing team reviewed the vehicle thoroughly and determined there was no room to move on price given its condition. During the physical appraisal, we identified several issues that were not declared during the online valuation process, including:
• Passenger Side Rear Interior - Door Trim: Damaged, requires replacement
• Driver Side Rear Interior - Door Trim: Damaged, requires replacement
• Front Bumper: Bug damage, requires repair and paint
• Passenger Side Rear Exterior Wheel: Alloy wheel damaged, requires repair
• Driver Side Rear Exterior Wheel: Alloy wheel damaged, requires repair
• Rear Bumper: Misaligned, requires repair and refit
In addition to the physical damage, our standard OBD-II diagnostic scan revealed several system faults:
• C1241 – Low or High Power Supply Voltage
• C1300 – Skid Control ECU Malfunction
• C2121 – Transmitter ID 1 not Received (Main)
These issues significantly impact the resale value of the vehicle and must be factored into our final offer. We always invite customers to join us during the appraisal process so they can see what we see and understand how the valuation is determined.
We regret that the offer did not meet your expectations and that the experience left you feeling disappointed. If we’ve done something wrong, we will always do our best to make it right.
