The sales process was easy and quick. Just make sure that you have all of your docs with you and have a reasonable value of your car in mind before arriving.
Scott Goodman didn't use any high-pressure sales tactics which I appreciate. Negotiate with him in a calm, reasonable way and you'll come to an agreement.

Able to get help with the damage evaluation!
To sell my old car, I filled in the online questionnaire until I got to the damage part, where a minor flaw counts the same as a major flaw. In that my 20 old car had mostly all minor flaws, I wasn't comfortable using it as the evaluation. so I didn't complete it. Scott called and said if I brought it in, he could do it there. He was great to work with, we agreed on a price, and I walked out with a check. Thank you, Scott!

Customer Service still lives (the cash ain't so bad either)
