Hello, and thank you for taking the time to leave a review about your appointment. We’re sorry to learn we wasted your time. We can assure you our intention is not to lure people in or waste anyone’s time. We wouldn’t have a 5-star rating from 50,000+ customer reviews if we were operating in such a manner. Your experience sounds outside the norm. We take customer service seriously and want to investigate your experience.

Our leadership team will conduct a thorough review to better understand what happened during your appointment. We keep detailed notes, photos, videos and recordings of every valuation, phone call, and inspection. We’d be happy to review everything to ensure our process was followed and information was communicated clearly. We’ll be the first to admit fault if we dropped the ball whatsoever.

No two vehicles are the same. Condition plays an important role in a vehicle’s resale value. While our online valuation tool is great for getting an idea of what your vehicle is worth, it’s based off the limited information we receive from our customers. It’s not a firm offer to purchase your vehicle. This is stated on our website in the disclaimers and in emails we send you about your valuation. We apologize if this was not made clear, our Branch Manager should have also confirmed that during your pre-appointment confirmation call.

Like any other reputable buyer we need to perform an physical inspection to confirm the vehicle’s condition before making a firm offer. Unlike used car dealerships who take your vehicle around back and keep you in the showroom, we invite you to join us so you can see what we see and ask any questions you may have. It’s part of our commitment to transparency. Hopefully you were asked to join our Branch Manager as he appraised your vehicle. If not, we want to address that and make it right.

From the notes it appears the branch Manager identified additional reconditioning items on the 2012 Nissan Rogue that we were previously unaware of. Most important were the vehicle codes the onboard diagnostic computer returned when we hooked up an industry-standard OBD2 reader. In the spirit of transparency, we want to ensure you were invited to join our Branch Manager as he completed the inspection, and you were informed of why we arrived at the number we did. We’d be happy to share our reconditioning report with you and tackle any concerns you may have.

Numerous members of our leadership team have tried reaching out to you directly but we've been unsuccessful at getting an answer to our calls and emails.
