2000 Porsche
Firstly, I was treated with professionalism by Jerry. My main complaint was with the process. I was given an online quote of $7435. After an intense inspection of the 26 year old car I was quoted $4500. When I advised that Carmax had offered $6000 Jerry worked and got me $6000. I listed the vehicle honestly. I feel that I was baited with the price knowing full well that would not be the final number. Again, Jerry was great, the process is deceptive to me.

It is calculated from the information submitted online, and your car was described as having no issues at all. Resale data on a 26-year-old sports car is limited, so our technical pricing experts were involved in reviewing its overall condition against the market. The offer itself is set only once a professional, in-person appraisal has confirmed the verified condition of the vehicle, and on your appointment that appraisal identified:

There isn't enough space to write about the great experience I had at the Indian Trail, NC location yesterday. Within 5m I knew I had find the right place. Jerry was such a pleasurable guy and explained every step of the process. From the vehicle condition to what certain codes meant, I appreciated his thoroughness in doing so. I also appreciated that Jerry is a Veteran of the Armed Forces as well as a retired Baltimore law enforcement officer. Integrity and credible were not an issue. The entire process was effective and efficient. With no other appointments behind me, I stayed for a little longer just to learn about Jerry's amazing experiences.
Jerry gave just a great experience, if I'm out that way for any reason, I'll stop in just to say hello and bring him his favorite Starbucks (Carmel Cappachino).
