Top notch, professional and courteous experience
My wife and I met Mat and he was upbeat and very honest, which put us at ease. He pulled no punches, even as he told me about my vehicle. I had a very positive experience When I went for my appointment WIth Matthew, at the Columbia, MD location, He came out to greet me and apologized for being late, HE had a previous customer that showed up late and I excused this and waited in the lobby. Once he finished he came out and apologized again and got started straight away. The process was easy and straight forward and I was offered a very fair price for my car. It was actually higher than KBB Instant offer, and many others I received.. Some it was even much higher than. I would surely go back in the future and recommend them to friends and family
