They were straight forward from the beginning about price and took very little of my time when I brought the vehicle in. I got less than selling it myself, but knowing how easy this process is is worth avoiding the hassle.

Joshua gave us a fair price on a car that was mechanically good but cosmetically awful. His inspection was thorough, you're not going to put anything over on him. The only downside was when I gave this company my email and phone number I immediately began getting tons of spam calls and spam emails, so thanks a lot for that.

Give and take
After being given a quote of $725 for my vehicle I was somewhat disappointed to receive less than 1/2 that amount after taking it in. Staff was very pleasant and knowlegeable. Not too keen on the "bait" tactic however.

Our initial online quotes are based on the limited information provided to us and are subject to a physical inspection of the vehicle. Variables such as the car’s condition, mileage, and market demand can influence the value of a vehicle, and any discrepancies from the online information provided are always taken into account before we make a final offer. We apologize for any confusion or disappointment this may have caused.
Our leadership team launched a full investigation into your appointment, reviewing the detailed notes, photos, and videos we take during the inspection process. Our records indicate that during the online valuation there was no damage declared, but when we inspected the vehicle we discovered several issues that negatively impacted the vehicle’s value. Items such as rust on the side panels and undercarriage called into question the structural integrity of the vehicle. Additionally, the front bumper was taped on masking large cracks while fluid leaks were coming from the engine bay. These are all big-ticket items that severely diminish the condition and resale value of a vehicle.
Our leadership team has tried several times to reach you by phone and email without success. We remain committed to listening to your feedback, addressing your concerns and giving you the positive outcome all our customers deserve.
