We had a great experience with Sam at this location. She was professional and knowledgeable. The only reason I rated the experience with 4 stars is due to frustration with the getting through on the phones. Every time I called a person never answered and you could leave a message but no one called back. Everything else was good.

We're sorry to hear you left our Burnsville branch disappointed, and we know you made a journey to get to us. We'd like to explain clearly how our offer was reached. Our online valuation estimate is based solely on information provided by the customer. When you requested the valuation, our website asked whether the car had any damage or mechanical problems, and it was declared to have none, hence the disconnect between the estimated valuation and the vehicle's true market value after appraisal.
We were clear about this before you travelled. During the confirmation call ahead of your appointment, which was recorded for quality and training purposes, we explained that the online figure did not account for the car's actual condition, and that it was subject to a professional in-person appraisal of the overall condition, appearance and mechanical functionality of the vehicle.
Your estimate was generated on 200,000 miles. Our appraisal recorded 223,317 miles, along with the following:
• Transmission slipping during the road test
• Check engine light illuminated
• P0171 — System Too Lean (Bank 1)
Our diagnostic scan also recorded further fault codes relating to the vehicle's electrical supply and headlamp circuits.
We invite all customers to join the appraisal process so they can see what we see and understand how a vehicle's condition affects its valuation, and our team should have explained the nature of these problems before you had the opportunity to accept or reject our offer.
We take your feedback very seriously and because you have expressed dissatisfaction with the service provided by our team in Burnsville, I have escalated your comments to the Area Manager responsible. Nick was very efficient
Nick was very efficient. He had a lot to do by evaluating my vehicle and also training in a new employee. The whole process was done in about 2 hours. I wasn’t very happy about the offer on my vehicle but I do realize it wasn’t in perfect condition.

Was able to sell my vehicle, transfer title and have a check in hand to cash within an hour. No FB or C'List buyers coming & going at all hours of the day...or not showing up at all. Fantastic. The only caveat is you may start with a very low offer & have to negotiate your way through, old school style. Thorough inspection process involved which (in my humble opinion) does legitimize the process. If that is not for you, could be walking away from $$.

The location Manager Nick was great. Did a thorough evaluation of hbe car and offered a fair price. The entire process was, quick, easy, and even better than I hoped for.

The process was very nice
The process was very nice. We believe our price for our car should have been more but it did have 191k miles. Paperwork took awhile to process and complete but over all, we sold the car and hopefully it will be fixed up and sold to another driver for another drive down the road. Thank you
