In response to your concern about the 20% reduction in the car's value, it primarily resulted from an incorrect trim selection during the online valuation. You identified your vehicle as an E350 Wagon, but the VIN decoding at our branch revealed that it was the less popular E350 Sedan model.
Moreover, our professional appraisal revealed several undisclosed issues with the car. These included illuminated airbag and brake lights, a significant lower engine noise, and damaged side mirror housings that need replacement.
