Super efficienti, spedizione molto veloce

I am truly happy with my orders. Usually, I'm very critical but once I ordered gifts for my dad and bf, I fell in love with the quality and ordered some t-shirts for myself. I would highly recommend this brand. Shipping is extra fast, materials are great & I think they're underestimating the prices they could've put. As I've said to few people, I believe this is the brand I will order everything I need for it to last from now on.

Ho ordinato dei capi online sul sito North Sails e dopo aver pagato mi sono accorta che i pantaloni che avevo ordinato mi erano stati fatti pagare €45 anziché 40. A questo punto ho scritto una mail al loro servizio clienti spiegando il problema e ho trovato una gentilissima operatrice di nome Francesca che mi ha risposto che il problema era dovuto al fatto che avevo ordinato dal sito global anzichè da quello italiano. Così mi ha proposto 2 alternative per risolvere: 1) annullare l'ordine e rifarlo sul sito italiano; 2) emissione di un buono sconto del valore di €5. Io ho scelto la seconda opzione perché avevo bisogno che la merce mi arrivasse entro venerdì e non volevo che annullando l'ordine passasse un giorno in più. Francesca tra l'altro per far in modo che la merce mi arrivasse per tempo ha anche contattato il magazzino chiedendo di far partire la spedizione entro oggi. Poco fa mi è arrivato un sms da DHL in cui mi avvisano che la spedizione è partita ed è in consegna per venerdì! Più efficienti di così... grazie mille Francesca, non avevo mai trovato un servizio clienti così!
P.S.: sulla qualità dei prodotti North Sails sono abbastanza tranquilla in quanto è una marca che uso da anni.

Acquistato giubbotto smanicato e devo dire che mi sono trovato molto bene. Imballaggio e istruzioni tutte ben annotate ancora prima di effettuare l’acquisto .
Inoltre apprezzo molto come viene considerata la questione riguardante il riciclaggio della plastica .
Lavaggio ancora da effettuare perciò spero di non trovare spiacevoli inconvenienti ( giubbotto che si accorcia) ma per il resto veramente top

Rücksendung per DHL express eine Katastrophe. Nie wieder.

Ho comprato 3 polo manica lunga, dopo averle lavate a mano sono diventate cortissime... mah ... mi dispiace molto ...

Die Rücksendung hat North Sails angeblich nicht erhalten, obwohl der Sendungsverfolgungslink von DHL ganz klar etwas anderes sagt. Geld gibt es auch nicht zurück. Das scheint Masche von denen zu sein. Das sind Verbrecher. Auf keinen Fall da bestellen.

Ho acquistato una giacca on line. Il prodotto è arrivato ma non era esattamente quanto mi aspettavo.
Il servizio resi e il rimborso è stato veloce, professionale e molto semplice.
Qualità del servizio on line superiore alla media.

Très déçue de ma 1ère commande North Sails.
Chemise denim homme mal proportionnée au niveau longueur de manche et tour de col pour la taille commandée.Seule la largeur d’épaule correspond au XL demandé.
Un guide des tailles plus précis serait souhaitable.
Pour un cadeau de Noël c plutôt raté !

Ottima esperienza! Servizio clienti top! Non ero riuscita ad inserire il mio codice sconto durante il pagamento dell' ordine e mi hanno restituito l'intero importo del buono sconto. La felpa è arrivata prima del previsto, confezionionata con imballaggio in stoffa e con un simpatico gadget! Per me brand serio e affidabile!

Aus meiner ersten Bestellung sendete ich zwei Artikel zurück.
Laut Sendeverfolgung von DHL ist meine Rücksendung am 16.09.20 bei NorthSails eingetroffen.
Anschliessend keine Bestätigung des Wareneingangs. Auf mehrere E-mails von mir kam keine Reaktion.
Meine Rückerstattung habe ich bis heute nicht erhalten. Ich fühle mich betrogen.

Koop hier geen kleding!! Dit zijn grote oplichters. Heb artikelen retour gestuurd die ook zijn ontvangen door North Sails. Maar nu vijf weken later heb ik mijn geld nog steeds niet terug. En de klantenservice reageert niet. Niet via mail, webformulier, telefoon of social media. Wat een louche verkoper is dit. Koop er echt nooit meer!!

I ordered 3 jackets and one pair of trousers on 9/3/20 The order was shipped on 9/7/20 and delivered on 9/9/20 The jackets were too small and were returned by me on 9/10/20 and received by an employee of the company on 9/14/20. In several telephone calls I was put off each time the clothes were inspected in the warehouse and then the refund (over 500€) was initiated. So far nothing has happened, you are held up and the money is still not returned. I have now reclaimed the money through my bank and will also engage a lawyer to get to the bottom of the matter. I can only advise everyone to avoid this store!
