The service provided by Webfactory is exceptional. If we ask them to change something on our website, it is done almost immediately. There is always someone on the end of the phone to give help and guidance if ever needed. Affordable monthly fees also make it an attractive company to use and we couldn't be happier in using them for all our website needs. Thank you Team!

After the payment is done, communication got so slow and poor. They will always send an email when it is nearly 5 o'clock then I had to wait for 2 days to get a reply. Very expensive, very bad experience and ended up paying for someone else to do the same job for much cheaper. Won't recommend.

I know my website took longer to finish than anticipated, but that’s mainly due to my extremely busy lifestyle and the challenges that come with having three young children and day to day life!
