Since they took over TextLocal the service has been terrible. Everything has to go through Webex interact, no one to talk to, which in itself is a horrible process and you burn time and energy trying to resolve absolutely anything. DONT go anywhere near them. Its painful dealing with this company

E' difficile la codivisione.
Nella modalità griglia non riesci a vedere tutti i partecipanti.
Non è sempre chiaro chi sta parlando.
Zoom fa tutte queste cose tranquillamente. Perchè un programma scritto da una delle aziende più famose e importanti del mondo non le fa o le fa male?

Hi highly discourage from using this service. It is hell to open an account, it is hell to discuss with helpedesk (1 zillion emails to sort a problem out when and if they sort it out). Never remind an auto renewal payment, do not refund if you ask for it even if it was for mistake (if you never used it and the 1st day of renewal you ask to delete&refund they say no). The meeting didn't work, people could not enter and it was impossible to find the page to stop auto-renawal because it is NOT in the main page (you have to go through the help section as it has a dedicated url!). Again I highly discourage from using this service.

Our service provider tells us its a soft phone application however it doesn't do anything.

Terrible system, worse customer service. Taken over from Text local and it is absolutely diabolical. You can’t use multiple numbers like Text Local, there is no number you can call when you want help. Customer service take a life time to get back to you but offer no help at all. Avoid this platform if you can. As a business we’ve had to migrate from Text local but it’s a shambles

We are constantly having issues with them. API SMS messages not being delivered, very slow support and most of the time they deny anything is wrong!
Very similar to other reviews.
I can't believe that they have such big clients considering how poor the SLA are.

Webex Interact customer services is terrible
Customer services for Webex Interact are very unhelpful. Unwilling to investigate repeated issues, despite providing evidence, and now refusing to look into it any further. Messages frequently fail to send, much flakier than other providers we have used in the past. I will be moving away from Webex Interact as soon as possible.

although at this moment my phone line is still through webex they are really poor at fixings issues. it has taken them 2 months to sort out my account. They are slow and incompetent.

Was approached by a salesman that sold me a landline number to our mobile for our business, extremely difficult, difficult company to communicate with, we now need to leave webex as we need a fixed landline for signal reasons. I cannot get hold of anyone to cancel our account, XLN, Cisco or webex? extremely confusing .. If someone can respond with a phone number that works that can help, that would be helpful.

I have used textlocal for 16 years without problems, but they are shutting down to be replaced by Webex.
So as advised, I created an account with webex, and it all tested ok. The next morning my account was disabled, zero communication, nada. After raising a support ticket they simply replied "we are currently unable to support you on our platform" and closed the ticket. No wonder their TP rating is in the toilet. Clowns.

no i absolutely do not recommend webex or cisco , you sign a contract for 3 years and then they change the goal post , to have what you currently have will now cost you another 400 a year …they are shameful .
Ghastly update. Appalling customer service
Webex have been excellent UNTIL their most recent update. Now it's clunky, all my annotation tools have vanished. I can't change font size and I could go on.
However, the biggest problem are the 'help' desks...useless! Ignored messages, emails not answered, nowhere to make an official complaint. No consideration that, as a private tutor, I lost income thanks to an update for which I was given no notice, no choice, no options.

Users are Left in the Dark
Missed two presentations due to witnessing a black screen and come to find out that they phased out Android 10 devices or shall I say, older models. Don't really have any complaints except for the Language Globe product sometimes would appear or not plus could never see participants other than just a list of names. Prefer Zoom over this WebEx.

Had a very important meeting to attend, and not one of the links worked on my tablet, have used the tablet for multiple meetings all year, no problem, but with Webex, I question the integrity of this application, as it would not let me log in on tablet at all no matter which link alternative I used in email

WebEx vendor Virtual Guardians LLC is unethical
Webex is difficult to get when you have a service provider or their vendor who is unethical and who does not provide the service you expected. instead webex hides behind the contract you have to sign with the vendor and when you ask to change vendors they don't assist you . You can't talk to anyone , they have a vendor Virtual Guardians LLC , who is unprofessional and who caused my business to lose business and put me at risk from being sued- I am a physician and their vendor shut my phone off without notice for "non payment" when payments are made automatically through the bank and he stopped cashing my checks then he shut me off without notice just after the July 4th weekend , when we returned from holiday our phones were off. He could have called me on webex chat or emailed me or sent me a letter but did none of this and shut me off. Webex when I complained told me i had to pay the bill first before they will move me to another vedor.
