Company is fraudulent.
Worst customer service. My checkout was in CAD, as I was on the Canadian site, however, on my credit card, I was charged in USD. I wrote to them asking to reimburse the difference, as this is literally the definition of fraud and they refused to do anything despite acknowledging the error and writing back “we are aware of this issue and are looking into it”. The Ontario Consumer Protection Act (go to: ontario . ca / page / safe-online-shopping) clearly stipulates that merchants must display the currency, if not in CAD before checkout, which was not the case. Terrible customer service. Never buying from them again and highly recommend others do not either.
In fact, I urge everyone to file a complaint to the Ontario consumer portal to flag this deceitful Canadian company. Shame on them. I try to support Canadian companies (esp small ones) as much as possible, but this brand are clearly crooks.

embarassing customer service and return policy. The people who work here don't understand math when deciding which items are eligible for returns (or even exchanges) and which don't. I purchased 4 shirts, 2 of which needed to be exchanged. They indicated that I purchased the shirts at 30% off which is not the case. My cost: $46/shirt with a 20% discount code. Original price is $65 BUT, when you buy 2 the FULL PRICE on the website without any discount code is $115 (so $15 off when you buy 2). Therefore, the $46 was achieved by applying a 20% discount code to the price per shirt of buying 2 of $57.50. I reached out to customer service and they said what I purchased was "final sale" which there was no indication of at checkout. They have no phone number and don't respond to emails or messages. Seriously you should be embarassed about how you treat your customers

Bad quality, after first wash tops stopped performing, so back to sweat armpits. Terribly overpriced, you can buy similar staff ( aliexpress) for $5 and it is actually working even after multiple washes. Worst customer service that I ever had experienced. They just want your money, which they put in marketing, their pretty picture and paid good reviews. I spend $172 on super sale for only 4 tops which no longer perform the task. Lesson learned.
Just what I needed
All I needed was something to prevent the pit stains I get in all my shirts and this works! I like the wide neck. Comfortable fabric. Well made. My only suggestion is to make the sleeves a little shorter since they poke out just a tiny bit under a ladies t-shirt.
Fraudulent nightmare return/refund process
Ordered 4 shirts and needed to return 2 that didn’t fit. The online return process resulted in getting only part of what I paid for the shirts refunded. After a week+ of no reply, I finally forced a response after messaging the Facebook page. A month and 10+ emails AND more Facebook messages when customer service was again unresponsive, trying to explain why their math was wrong and I was owed more money, they finally agreed to “ALLOWING” me to return all four shirts for a full refund (as if they were doing me a favour by not openly breaking the law) ONLY after I said I was going to dispute the charge on my credit card and file a consumer complaint. No question they have stolen money from other customers who haven’t caught this “error” and the horrible customer service response left me with the impression it’s intentional. (Also noticed they increased their prices about 50% out of nowhere while I was dealing with the order so the product is worth nowhere near what they’re charging)
Love this brand…
I’ve had great experiences with customer service, especially once when I received a top that was too small. They went above and beyond to send out the exchange when my return was in transit since I needed it for an event.
The quality has held up well (I never put them in the dryer). I’d love to see the price lower but they're ultimately worth the price. The crop tops are amazing. And I’ve found the undershirts to be designed better than their competitors. They always ship quickly and I’ve received my orders a few days later.
Cons are that they don’t hold up against super heavy sweat and you do have to watch the fine print about sales since you can’t return items that are discounted past a certain point, but I have trust that they’ll make things right if something arrives damaged.
From my experience, they’re a quality, customer-centered company. Highly recommend based on that.
NOPE...don't waste your money
Couple things here...
1) Clothes are highly marked up for the quality you get...I can literally buy something cheaper and better quality at J. Crew.
2) Terrible return policy you can't return items discounted at more than 29% off. So if you happened to buy anything on sale and need to even exchange, you're out of luck!
Lesson learned...what a waste of money! DO NOT PURCHASE ITEMS FROM HERE, BAD POLICY & POOR QUALITY.
Still no refund
Update: so literally the next day after I file a charge back for this purchase and write this review I magically get an email about how I’m being refunded. But they deducted cost of shipping 8 dollars for the return. So I get to pay return shipping for a defective item. Cool. To summarize: product did not work, took too long to get refunded, charged for return shipping.
Sent back my return 11/20 after the shirt didn’t work and did not prevent sweat. Going on 15 business days now since then and no update. Emailed them December 7 and was told it hadn’t even been processed yet by the facility. Guess I’ll be doing a chargeback on day 30.
