The tops are perfect for travel. The neck line is very wide, and wide across ths shoulders. nevertheless comfortable .

They are comfortable and look great under many different clothes
Sometimes I was worried sweat might leak through but it never did. Maybe there could be some versions with heavy duty and regular for some people. Overall good experience, delivered quickly too.

Excellent customer service and great product

I recently wore my Signature Undershirts while travelling, and they were fantastic. I wore one during a stressful 18-hour day and it kept me feeling fresh. I love how they save my shirts/blazers - even after 18 hours, my blazer was fresh enough to wear it again the next day. Definitely makes packing easier!

I love these undershirts. I love that they are reversible so I can wear lower cut for under button downs and the higher cut when I wear it on its own. The fabric is soft and does not dig in. It is winter currently so I have not sweat into my shirts very much yet but I know these will be excellent in the summer to keep my nice clothes fresh for longer.

I just received and unpacked my first order from Numi. To being, I am missing two shirts (the most expensive Merino wool long sleeved shirts). Beyond that, what you should know if they are sized very small. I purchased my shirts following the size guide -you need to size up. Secondly, please be aware that the seams are not "tied off" at the ends, so if you pull or put any stress on the edges of the garment, the seam will start to pull apart. There is a solution -I'll have to take the shirts to my tailor and have her secure the edges, but you would have thought for the price the manufacture could have backstiched to lock the seams and stop them from coming undone. For the money, I expect more. I will not purchase a Numi product again.

Luckily, I did not have issues with the shipping. However, the stitches of their undershirts irritated my skin only trying them on. So I needed to return them and wanted to receive a full refund to my original payment. I went to their return site and tried to submit my request and it said that my items were only eligible for store credit refund, even when the return policy of their website said I was qualified for a refund to my original payment. For an entire week I tried reaching out to them via their customer care email, instagram, and Facebook, and I didn’t hear from them until I left a comment on one of their instagram post, where I pasted a link to this page and asked people to read the 1-star comments. Next thing I know they have reported my comment and I only found out when I tried to comment on a friend's picture. My comment is gone and potential customer won’t have the transparency they deserve. Worst company ever!!!

The mock turtlenecks are very soft, fit well, look great, wash well and keep their shape. They are a staple in my wardrobe for the winter, Love them.

Such a smart product, a great addition to my wardrobe, and swift delivery. The only advice I would give other interested customers is that the sizing is quite snug. I wear mediums usually (some brands even smalls) and I sized up to a large and still feel like it’s snugger than I would like ideally (after wearing for a full day, making exchange impossible) so be aware when ordering, but otherwise fabulous!

I did my research, they seemed like a trusted company. Perhaps these 1 stars are just a one off…. Not at all. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

I ordered multiple tops and waited. They charged my credit card and created a shipping label. 2 weeks or so go by, so I reached out via email. No response. I then reached out a week later and they said they would reach out to their warehouse, then a week later no response. So I followed up again, they stated it was a Canada Post issue. It was not, the company did not ship anything. I finally told them I would report them for fraud if they did not refund me, or mail out the product. Crickets. So I filed a claim with my Credit Card company. Numi came back and said we don’t have the product but reverse the complaint and we will mail you something. Then it was followed up by a threat, that the credit card company complaint would take forever and we wouldn’t see the money for a long time.

The credit card company returned my money. Numi is not a great company, their customer service is awful.

Do not order from Numi. They charged me, but my order never shipped. I was ignored by customer service despite emailing several times. It has been 6 weeks and I was just offered to select a different product because what I ordered is now out of stock. I have already requested a refund via email multiple times. Completely unacceptable customer service. Buyer beware.

Fraudulent company. They never shipped my order. Did not respond to any emails requesting an update on shipment. When I emailed advising I wanted a refund and that I thought they were a fraudulent company I still got no response.

Still haven’t received word on where my package is

I absolutely love this shirt! It does the job while being so comfortable that it feels like you're not wearing anything at all.

Easy ordering, swift delivery, fantastic product. I wear the Numi Crop Undershirt DAILY and just refreshed my inventory - these have become an essential and necessary staple of my wardrobe.

Numi shows Canadian currency the whole time, and then AFTER you pay, you see they charge you in American dollars, thus bringing the total much much higher. I’ve tried to contact this company for weeks (initially immediately after the order was processed incorrectly!) and they never get back to me. Today they tried to refund me 11$, what a joke.

Canadian company ripping off other Canadians, trust me the last thing you want is anything from these scammers.

Started the chargeback process today, stay far far away from them!

I bought three undershirts, in different colors. They all work great! They are very moisture wicking and keep me feeling dry. Extremely lightweight and breathable so they're not adding heat by wearing them.
My only flaw is that they're very tight! I know they're meant to be snug but I definitely need to size up if I buy again.

Love love love these undershirts! Perfect to wear under silk blouses. Need to buy more!

Delivery was average, I love the idea of the underarm protection from sweat. But I do wish Numi created long sleeves.
