I really like the range of selection and the quality of the products. The hoodies are my absolute favorite go to items.

Gustin jeans are very well made, have truly unique denim styles, and are cheap compared to other bespoke denim companies. Size up one or two and enjoy them. Highly recommend.

I like the wide selection of items and their heavyweight t shirt feels and fits great. The Gustin fit guide is detailed and helped me recently find pants that fit as expected. I’ve also been using the same leather Gustin messenger bag for years and the color gets better and the bag gets softer!

Exceptional quality and selection. I’ve been buying Gustin products for years, and the value for the price is consistently outstanding. Their rotating lineup of limited releases keeps things fresh, and I’m always excited to see what they come out with next. At this point, I’ve owned just about everything they offer: jeans, shorts, leather goods, shoes, t-shirts, sweatshirts...and the quality has never disappointed.

Customer service is another standout. Responses are always prompt, friendly, and genuinely helpful. It’s refreshing to interact with a real person who clearly cares about the product and the customer experience.

Like any high-quality boutique brand, getting the right fit requires a bit of attention. Their fit guide is detailed and extremely useful, so it’s worth taking the time to get it right.

I couldn’t recommend Gustin more highly. The wait is absolutely worth it for the level of craftsmanship you receive.

I have been a fan of Gustin for years. I’ve purchased numerous jeans, t shirts, shorts, button up shirts, accessories…I love the consistent and excellent quality of the items I purchase. I open and scroll through their emails almost daily, to see if anything catches my eye - their variety and affordability is always enticing. At this point, I only buy 3-4 pieces a year, but could easily buy more. My favorite pieces lately have been their crew neck sweatshirts (I have three different kinds), but my most recent purchases were a leather card holder and camp hat, just to give you an idea of the options they have. Their shirts are amazing, I love their sweatpants and shorts…Gustin makes me happy. And if you stay patient, they have great stock sales throughout the year too! I’ve been a fan for a long time, and their variety and quality will keep me a fan for years to come.

Theirs is literally the only T-shirt I wear

I’ve had a tough time finding the right size for the pants I want, due to the unconventional sizing that Gustin uses, but sending back pants and getting new ones is pretty easy and the customer service folks are superb. Eric especially is very prompt in getting back to me and is always courteous and helpful. He’s made a frustrating process very manageable.

I have been wearing Gustin products for around 11 years now and buy a few items every year, some years more than a few.

I still wear a 10 year old pair of black denim jeans (#21 Black2), 9-11 year old pairs of chinos, a 9 year old pair of Okayama Standards that are very nicely worn and faded. I just bought a new pair last year of the Okayama’s and they’re a fan favorite for a reason.

I have oxfords, work shirts, belts, leather shoes (that I think are also like 8-9 years old still going strong), a few beanies, jackets, t-shirts (love the heavy shirts as they last years also), and more.

11 years ago I realized these are high quality, fit very well, will last, and are timelessly stylish. I get compliments all the time.

I don’t only have Gustin clothes but they get more wear than most things. I wear all their items at work, casually, in the woods, everywhere. I don’t take any major precautions when cleaning items, Im not reckless lol, but if they’re dirty I just wash em.

The customer service is always top notch and when I have broken parts they sent some complimentary replacements.

Im 42 now and I’ve been wearing Gustin then since I guess 31. No doubt would have been in my 20s but was army, now retired, and early army didn’t need much clothes so didn’t venture out until a little older in the army attending events in casual/business casual clothing that required a bit of presentability and formality. No doubt I’ll be wearing Gustin into my 60s until I lose all care and desire to wear pants at all lol.

Thanks for a great product, a great team of people working there, and an affordable product for the quality and fact it’s all US made.

Looking forward to trying some alpaca CPO jackets at some point soon, I see them in stock (also great that now there is a stock store as years ago when I started there wasn’t) I’m very tempted am married with 5 kids so always have to find the right time!

I've been buying Gustin jeans for many years. The jeans are of great quality, and they have even better customer service. I'd highly recommend them!

Would give zero stars if I could. Absolute trash and terrible customer service in my opinion.

Bizarre company. Their sizing is completely off, so you initially have to initiate an exchange to attempt to correct... then you've got to chain stitch locally to your preferred length... and then you discover that everything you ordered is poorly made and blows out in the c-rotch within 2 months. This isn't unique to Gustin, but at the same time, doesn't justify the price. One and done here.

These jeans are crap. Paid $200 waited 5 months and they fell apart after I washed them once. Called customer service and they hid behind their keyboards. Said the broken stitching and broken belt loops add character. Posted a video of their product on the FB page and they blocked me. Don't do business with these people. They don't have the capital to produce these jeans on their own and rely on crowdfunding only to rip you off after they eventually deliver their product.

Buyer beware. I ordered 2 pairs of pants, and the size was too small by about 3 sizes, color was not what was on the website, and quality was poor; and they refused my return. Do not buy anything from them.

Quality is not bad but sizes are inconsistent. They claim not to offer “vanity sizes” but same size has different measurements depending on the batch. It’s impossible to guess if garments will fit properly. In addition, they don’t offer exchanges due to fit issues, which makes me think they are aware of those issues

I really wanted to like this company as their clothes looked great! Unfortunately, their sizes are all over the place. I finally got my pants after 2+ months but they were too tight. I emailed them and got one response several days later. I am trying to exchange the pants but haven't received a response in days. Once this is settled, I will never order again.

The customer service is incredible slow and they don’t refund you. They only give store credit. I will never buy from them again and am not even sure I will use the store credit. Incredible hassle

Products looked nothing like online. Cheap and painted instead of woven fabric. Like they took a five dollar shirt and threw some paint on it. I loved the principles they promised of artistic and independent manufacturing but it is really worse than temu

Gustin wool field jacket: I’m slim but this is a tight fit. The wool is not impressive quality for $290. It itches when touching your neck. I cannot recommend this brand

Zugegeben, sie bieten immer wieder wunderschöne Stoffe an, aber bei der Qualitätskontrolle ist enorm viel Luft nach oben, der Kauf geht bestenfalls als Lotterie durch: Ich habe mir eine Hose in Grösse 36 Straight bestellt und erhielt eine welche zwar dieses Label trug, noch ungewaschen nach ihren Massen aber gerade so als 33 Slim durchgeht.
Auf meine Reklamation mit Bildern und Massband sollte ich sie auf eigene Kosten und Risiko zurücksenden, mir wäre dann bei Akzeptanz der (halb so teuere US-Versand) als Storekredit gutgeschrieben worden. Von Erstattung oder Einsicht dass man vielleicht für die eigenen Fehler gerade stehen könnte keine Rede

Received a pair of Gustin jeans after at least three or four months and I put them into the wash and dryer before they were hemmed so that the hem would be correct when I tried to put the jeans on. They were 3 to 4 sizes too small and that wasn't from washing and then I read that they recommend you size up two sizes and I'm thinking on what planet do they do stuff like this and of course there's no return policy so I'm stuck with these jeans that are three sizes. Too small bad place bad company don't deal with them. They don't know how to do jeans
