TRIBE Anmeldelser

A bit disappointed by the marketing of Tribe bars in today’s Sunday Times. If I want to take up the offer of a ‘free’ trial pack of snack bars I’d have to pay £6 and pay for postage (unless I ordered another £29 worth of products. I admit it did look like a gift horse and I regret looking into it further. I support the ideals of Tribe, but I won’t be signing up any time soon.

First time trying these flapjacks and omg they are amazing, definitely going to be a regular purchase, highly recommend

So good!!!!!!!! Great

I ordered the apple & raspberries they are very nice I have ordered some more

I had an issue with a product, so contacted customer services. The operative I spoke to (Ella) was extremely apologetic and understanding. Replies were speedy and to the point.

I was offered a compensatory pack, which I thought would just be the same item I’d bought, but it was a very generous selection of products!

I feel assured that this was a one-time issue, and that the company really care about customer experience and quality.

It’s only in times like these that you get to see the real side of a business, and Tribe really shone through. Thank you for an easy, satisfying experience!

Got these on a special offer. I love Tribe bars however they are expensive so I can only get them as a treat when on offer. They are really tasty and moist and very enjoyable.

Great customer service

Delivery’s complete and on time, the products I have used taste good and fill the gap produced by exercise. I will buy again.

Quick service and fresh items

Fast delivery and well packaged. Have ordered before and will do again.

Excellent product. Good, nutritious ingredients. Great energy boost for carrying when outdoors as well.

Good product, but very disappointed with change to stop muesli. Would give 5 but the website isn't really very good.

Products are nice although disappointed Tribe no longer offers the Triple Deckers. However, the length of time between email confirmation of my next pack and delivery has gone out to 2-3 weeks which is unacceptable. This has happened multiple times

I felt the email I received was misleading. 12x50g flapjacks. The 50g is the weight not the protein content. Took a week to arrive.

Great Vegan Products at very affordable prices with quick delivery 💥

Another company that offers *free items to trail but inflates shipping costs.

Excellent product and company ethos.
Communication & service great too.
The raspberry flapjacks are superb

Great products, great service. Highly recommend these plant based products for all your nutritional needs.
