A1 service and with an excellent product.

Nothing wrong with the product they are great. I was sent a 40% VIP off my order as I hadnt placed an order for a while. When I attempted to place my order it wouldn't allow to me use the discount. I emailed Tribe and got a reply from India dated 30.10.26 saying if I had used the discount TRIBE40 previously then I couldn't use it again. I replied I had used the discount before but why email me it again. I never got a response to that. Not great customer service.
I notice you very rarely respond to 1 star reviews on Trustpilot.
A company that values their customers would do so!
It is not a very "Tribe" like attitude to display.

Competitively priced and tasty snack for any occasion. I have been ordering Tribe bars for a few years now and any issues that I may have encountered along the way have always been quickly resoled by their customer service.

The best vegan protein shake on the market. Been using this product for over 6 years now. A great ethical company not jumping on the vegan band wagon and raising money to help those around the world who are enslaved. Dont hesitate to buy this product. The protein bars have also been declared the best from many sources as they dont contain an overload of sugar or preservatives. Leave the rest, just get TRIBE

My bad product review prompted a customer care response where problem investigated and complementary product given.

Great products , quick delivery, progress tracked .

I love this company! Great service and GREAT snacks (except for the most recent Cherry Bakewell!! which is the only one I do NOT like!) Their service is splendid and I have never had to wait for longer than a couple of days to receive my orders.

Easy to order and pay through Shopify, and delivered quickly.

Great taste, easy on the stomach.
Speedy service

Tasty, awesome

Delicious, great value for money, and prompt delivery

Easy to order on-line. Generous offers and voucher codes. Prompt delivery. Delicious products.

High-quality products from a company with a strong ethical stance.

I am normally very happy with the tribe bars . I like to eat a healthy bar with low saturated fats. I was disappointed to find that this new bar is over4.0g saturated fats.

Tasty healthy bars. Parcels arrived well packed. Quick delivery. Thank you.

Possibly the best protein bar yet from Tribe, excellent taste and quality.

Cherry Bakewell bars are delicious 😋 very fast delivery. Always a reliable service, never had a bad product !

Absolutely in love with the protein superblend. Never going back to any other brand. I always hated the taste of artificial sweeteners. Tribe’s protein shake is mostly sweetened with coconut sugar and that’s why I chose it in the first place. Once I tried, I liked the taste and texture too. No aftertaste, no bloating, great taste. I am committed to Tribe now.

A well made product, i have ordered these before, with quick delivery, a decent size to put in my cycling jesey, and the bars are very tasty.
