I started using Ceartas a few months ago after about 90% of my content leaked and was being resold. I didn’t even know where to start and started to panic. A creator friend of mine referred me to Ceartas and OH MY GOD am I glad I signed up! Not only did they get the content removed in about 2 days but they actually take the time to video chat you and explain the service, answer questions and pretty much put you completely at ease! The customer service is one of the best I’ve ever received and other companies could learn a lesson or two. They answer emails almost immediately and even have a WhatsApp number if you need even quicker responses. At the start I thought the price was a tad high until I actually looked at other services who were charging twice as much and gave little back in return and seemed just cold and not personal. Ceartas is amazing. I somehow had some very private and explicit photos leaked onto a troll website and an international website. I was being harassed online and my followers were being told what words to use to google me to find out where my photos were. The police told me there was nothing they could do because the website was outside of the UK. Within days of contacting Ceartas, my photos had been removed from both google search and the photo section, even using the key words and my name.
