Despite paying nearly $200, they kept sending notices that were not getting answers, rince and repeat until they essentially turned around to me and said 'time's up'.

To make it worse, they offered additional help that would cost an extra $100 and I had waive my rights for a refund and rely on the team's 'good faith'. Even worse, the options were not guranteed so it was not worth it.

The only decent thing about it was the fact I could get my money back.
