Being a postgraduate student with all of my savings lost in a crypto scam, I was at a complete standstill in my life. The funds included my tuition fees, accommodation and living expenses, and the feeling of hopelessness brought me very close to a total breakdown. Usually frugal with my money, I was tempted and coerced into depositing thousands of pounds without much thought, with the promise of enormous profits and instant withdrawal. This supposed international marketing agency (Artic Leaf) were absolutely unwavering at my situation after I pleaded with them over the phone, to at least partially return some of the funds in the short term, to pay urgent bills. They would not budge at all, leaving me in a dark limbo.

Scouring the internet for potential solutions, I stumbled upon WRS, recommended by other crypto recovery websites for their ability to recover and trace money lost in crypto scams in the UK (among other matters). At first, I was of course hesitant having lost all of the money I had earnt, but my worries lessened from the very first call. They have offered to speak over the phone numerous times over any questions I had at any stage in the process.

Worryingly, scams are becoming more sophisticated, to the point where these scammers know the type of person I was. They somehow obtained phone number, the recruiter I had signed up with and even my working status. I fell victim of a sophisticated crypto currency bitcoin investment scam with Bullexo, formerly Wixi and lost a sizeable amount. This left me and my husband traumatised. There are so many scam companies out there purporting to recover lost crypto investments so please be aware. I did my research before entrusting WRS with handling my case - best decision of my life. They are very knowledgeable, have the technology to trace crypto currency transactions and all staff are so responsive to emails, texts and phone calls. I can't praise Josh and his team enough (I mainly dealt with Avi, Liam & Nick). Action Fraud/Police are a waste of time trying to get them to cooperate with end exchanges where some of my stolen bitcoin was. I didn't hold much hope for an outcome of a claim against bank Revolut via the Financial Ombudsman, for the banks lack of checks and intervention before releasing large sums to Binance. WRS know what they are doing and highlighted in their complaint the lack of advice or warnings on cryptocurrency investments and the prevalence of scam activities. What I didn't realise at the time was that many scammers ask their unsuspecting clients to open accounts with Revolut, an emoney provider, as unlike most of UK high street clearing banks, they allow cryptocurrency transactions and sizeable transfers without any/many questions asked. I have ended up getting 75% of my total investment refunded, an absolutely fabulous result. I am ever so grateful for the work WRS has put into my case and would not hesitate to recommend them. I was thoroughly scammed by an extremely unpleasant ‘company’ in Cyprus and lost everything, life savings, multiple loans, the list goes on, over 200K lost.
Life was very, very hard for me and my family for a couple of years and didn’t see any route back until after a lot of searching, delving into reviews and options etc I came across WRS and Josh and the team.

I lost a considerable amount of money to a scam crypto trader. I contacted WRS after researching wealth recovery companies. Finally found this very trustworthy company after being subjected to many fake crypto recovery entities the past years. So hoping the rest of funds will yield the same positive result of full monies lost can be recovered, though it is taking some bit of time to complete, but understandable as dealing with multiple parties for my case. I feel into a LinkedIn Crypto Scam. When things go wrong, more bad things continue to happen. I lost all my savings and feel into a deep depression. I reported the crime to the Canadian police and got a lot of push back. I was told it will take a year before my case is assigned to a case officer.

I continued to do my research on how I can recover my savings. I found many crypto recovery services, but doubted their credibility esp. after what happned. Then I found WRS. Josh and Liam were incredible to work with, they walked me through the tracing process and I came back to Trustpilot to review WRS and saw the positiive reviews.
