This company doesn’t care about scammed victims but only cares for the money they will get from the victims, why did I say that, I ask them for my case and without submitting anything yet about my case they replied that they have minimum of 10,000£ in order to take the case. Another thing, with a smiley emoji they sent me this message: “We know how to win cases and know which ones don’t is what determines if we take a case on or not :)”. This is not even respecting my emotional status caused by this terrible incident in my life. She could be more emphatic rather
than boasting that they know which one to take to win the case. Why? Because mine does not reach their minimum amount? They are proud that they help a lot but to who? Only to those they can get more money from not because their hearts goes to the poor victim :( So sad. This company doesn’t deserve any award.
By the way I’m a real person and not just making a fake review. The reason why I don’t put my real name is for my safety. I’m not trying to pull down your reputation but to be more gentle with us when replying to our emails.

After suffering a rather large loss with crypto in a very convincing and sufistiicated scam, I did a little research
And came across Wealth recovery.
From first contact to final outcome the service was excellent regardless of whom I spoke to, I mainly dealt with Liam and Hanna and can't reccomend them highly enough.

The reviews have always looked promising but unfortunately after sending upfront fee of £3000 to retrieve my stolen Bitcoin been passed from pillar to post with various consultants who now do not even reply to my calls. Thought my case would have not been too difficult . Polite people but I must be the odd one out but over a year ago now and no promising outcome

WRS have done a great job to date already recovering
part of the money lost due to a crypto investment scam credited back to my account within a couple of weeks from providing all relevant information and authorisation to proceed . They appear already to be an extremely professional company with regular contact and updates being provided by Sophie .

If you've been scammed this is the company you need on your side. The team at WRS is top tier. I unfortunately lost quite a bit of money through a complex scam where the offenders nurtured me as a client.

I explained the situation to WRS and they managed to locate where my crypto had gone to. Unfortunately, there was no way to recover my funds but the team suggested I speak to the police and financial ombudsman. Again, I didn't get anywhere.

Fast forward a few months later and Ari from WRS got back in touch. He was determined to get me a result and even agreed to put the percentage of whatever I'd win back to 25%. Initially, Tenisha took my case on. She put a lot of work into it and it seemed we were getting somewhere.

A big thank you to the guys at Wealth Recovery Solicitors, namely Josh and Thomas, who successfully fought my corner and got my bank, First Direct, to accept responsibility that they had been neglectful in their duty of care towards me when I was sending money to Hyperverse; FD refunded the full amount. I had had conversations with the bank as I had experienced issues with transactions to the crypto bank so they had plenty of opportunity to raise the red flag. FD accepted they hadn't provided guidance/care and refunded the monies in full.
I do have to commend FD on their honesty too - they could easily have played the long game and waited it out for us to give up.
The process with WRS was simple - 1 questionnaire which I completed in great detail; WhatsApp messages, copies of bank statements, a couple of telephone conversations and a few emails. In his final email, Thomas told me that I would have to wait for at least 6 weeks so there was going to be a period of silence - FD settled within 4 weeks.

After my experience over the past 7 months, I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this specialist law firm if, like me, you are a victim of crypto scammers and fraudsters. After being the victim of fraud and reporting the case to the Police and relevant authorities without success I had pretty much lost faith in the system. CRYPTO SCAM.

We’re shall I begin, I was fortunate to come across WRS about 10 weeks ago. Unfortunately I was scammed about 4.5 years ago by rogue Bitcoin Investors / Traders. After spending what seemed like an age trying to find a reputable company to help me recover the large amount of money I’d lost. I found WRS. I explained how my investment had been scammed away at a time I was under immense stress looking after my terminally ill wife. WRS took a different approach stating my bank were highly culpable for not carrying out sufficient due-diligence or duty of care by their failure to protect me, listing multiple occasions were components of the British Standards Institute - Publicly Available Standards 17271 (BSI PAS) were not fulfilled.
Some 8 weeks later I am happy to report the team at WRS have recovered 100% of my loss, a loss well over six figures.
I would like to single the lady who was assigned to my case. Her name is Grace Slone, she is listed as a Junior Solicitor surprisingly. If Grace is a Junior Solicitor her senior colleagues must be exceptional. Grace is meticulous in her approach, extremely professional, gifted with a wealth of empathy who understood fully the nightmare I had been through. Her written work was nothing short of perfect, emphasising the strong knowledge she has already acquired.
