They really came through for me. After struggling to get approved on my own, they were able to connect me with a cosigner and help me secure my student loan for the summer. The turnaround time was fast. Good experience overall.
I’d say they’re one of the worst companies when it comes to communication but I did get approved for my mortgage. Still, having payments sent via Zelle directly to the cosigner feels a little sketchy. I think it’s best if all payments are made directly to the company instead.

Many of our cosigners prefer Zelle because it allows them to receive funds quickly and securely. Even when this step is required, our team continues to oversee the process to ensure everything is handled properly and professionally.

Stay far away. Paid initial 1000 dollars, but never got a loan. Their communication is TERRIBLE. They only communicate by email and it may take a day or two for a response. But, when they do respond, they only give you until the end of the day to respond to them. They don't even give you 24 hours. Their payment arrangement is sketchy at best. They wanted me to Zelle thousands of dollars to some random person. Not the company account nor the account of any of the representatives that I communicated with. This was the worst experience with a financial company that I've ever had.

Our team receives a very high volume of inquiries daily and as a result, response times can vary. In most cases, replies are sent within 1–3 business days but depending on the queue it may take longer. We appreciate your patience as we work to assist every client as quickly as possible.
Regarding payments, our standard process is to collect the remaining balance through an invoice first. If the initial payment attempt is unsuccessful, we then coordinate directly with the cosigner to ensure they receive payment for their services through their preferred method. Many cosigners choose Zelle because it allows them to receive funds quickly and securely. Even in these cases, our team oversees the process to ensure everything is handled properly and professionally.
In addition, If you didn’t get a loan, it is typically because you secured approval but refused to pay the remaining balance on the same day approval was confirmed with the lender. Since our service fee must be paid in full same day, refusal or failure to pay the required amount will result in our team working with the lender to have the loan cancelled. In the event a loan is cancelled twice, the borrower is automatically flagged and any future cosigner applications are declined to prevent repeated cancellations.

Your student loan was approved, and certification request sent to your school as outlined in the promissory agreement you signed. We fulfilled our contractual obligations. Once a student loan is sent to the institution, the process is considered complete, and any remaining steps are the responsibility of the institution and lender.
You contacted our supervisory team to update your personal information on file. You were clearly instructed to wait until the certification process was complete and a disbursement date set by your institution. Updating personal information during certification can lead to additional processing, which may require more information and could result in the application being withdrawn by the lender.
Despite this advice, you proceeded to update your information while your student loan was still awaiting certification from your school. Consequently, more information was requested, and ultimately, your application was withdrawn by the lender.
We operate in compliance with federal laws and maintain rigorous policies to ensure adherence to contractual obligations, which we have fulfilled in our agreement with you.
