Absolut unseriöses Unternehmen mein Paket wurde nie zugestellt sie sind verpflichtet mir eine Verlustmeldung zukommen zu lassen und diese bei Der Post abzugeben. Das machen sie aber nicht sie sagen ich soll mich selber mit der Post in Verbindung setzen die Post sagt mir aber der Versender muss sich darum kümmern und so kenne ich es auch. Sie lassen mich mit den Problemen alleine da Ware habe ich nicht und Geld habe ich auch nicht kann ich absolut nicht empfehlen Fingerweg Betrüger!!!!

Disappointed with the customer service and the product

I ordered a set including the stove, three cans of wax, 10 spatulas, a refreshing gel and 3 sprays. The package arrived and when I opened the box of the stove I immediately noticed that it had already been used. It was poorly wrapped and oily fingerprints were visible. In addition, two of the small bottles containing the sprays were half empty. I contacted customer service and also sent photos of the bottles placed on a weighing scale to show that they were not full.
I showed the stove to my boyfriend who is an electrician and he immediately confirmed that it was broken. We turned the handle which then immediately came off and so we saw that the turnbuckle had been badly repaired with silicone. I sent a video to customer service who suggested that I receive two sprays and a new stove. However, I had to repay the shipment even though the mistake was theirs and they sent me faulty products. Even after requesting to speak with the sales manager to express my disappointment, I was reconfirmed that in order to receive the new products I would have to pay for a second shipment. So I did. I was sent a new stove, this time working and packaged completely differently from the first one. But still the quality is poor and I recommend spending more and buying a professional one. While the spray bottles were again half full.

Absolute Frechheit

Absolute Frechheit, wie hier mit Kunden umgegangen wird. Ich habe einen defekten Erhitzer zugeschickt bekommen. Ich habe umgehend von meinem Rückgaberecht gebrauch gemacht, was angeblich nicht ging (da Aktionsware). Ich hätte das defekte Gerät auf eigene Kosten zurückschicken sollen! Von Gewährleistung hat dort noch niemand was gehört! Wo? Gute Frage! Das Unternehmen hat weder eine Telefonnummer, keine Hotline, nichts. Nur Leute die sich Customer Happiness Agent nennen, absolut lächerlich. Ich habe die Wachsperlen selbst erhitzt und überzeugt hat es mich nicht. Alles in allem eine komplette Geldverschwendung. Der Mailverlauf geht an die Verbraucherzentrale.

Nach 4 Monaten kaputt, der Einschaltdrehknopf geht nicht mehr! Ausserdem svhwer zu reinigen,wachs läuft zwangsweisse über den rand und man bekommt es nicht sauber!
Man muss aufpassen, dass der wachs nicht zu heiss wird, hab mich auch schon verbrannt mit riesen narben! Man könnte den wachs gleich gut im topf auf dem hrd erhitzen, wäre das gleiche

Lieber nicht nochmal

Das Paket kam rasch an, was einen Stern verdient hat.
Jedoch war das After Waxx komplett ausgelaufen. Alles war fettig. Eine Mail geschrieben, bis heute keine Antwort erhalten.
Dann das ganze ausprobiert und es ist einfach nur quatsch. Die Haare werden teils abgerissen und teils ausgerissen. Es bleibt ur viel Waxx auf der Haut zurück, egal wie lange oder eben nicht lange man den Waxx darauf lässt. Und danach den Waxx von der Haut zu bekommen. Praktisch unmöglich. Wieder ein Mailgemacht (sogar zwei deswegen) und bis heute KEINE Antwort. Mühsam und kundenunfreundlich. Also würde ich nie und nimmer nochmals kaufen.

Waxx great, rest of it????

Let's start with the information that I'm waxing since early age and have a lot experience.
Delivery was very fast, 3 days, perfect. At the first look package looked also very nice. Now to a tricky part.
Wax heating device very cheap and poor made. Also was already used, cleaned but still sticky.
Plastic part of wax container broke after 2x use.
Cleaning product, not so bad, not perfect but OK.
Waxx-if I want to honest it is not for my tipe of lag hair, it's not doing it's thing. I would need a lot of it and still want be as good and easy as with stripes. But for my bikini zone it's perfect. Never have I ever had bikini waxing without pain and with this waxx it was awesome 👌.
To summit, heater don't waist your money. Waxx you should definitely try it out.
And to sales, if you accept returns, then please throw them out, don't resale them. It's a very bad marketing for you, don't be so cheap.

Pain relief - This spray was my disappointment. Having tried it on 3 people, I came to the conclusion that it does not work at all, does not have any effect, much less what is stated.

Faulty Electronics - Possibly Dangerous

The first machine I used exploded as soon as I plugged it in. The company sent me a new one right away, so they showed great customer service. Up until this point, I would have been leaving a 5 star review. However, it was when the replacement machine turned out to also be faulty that things started to go wrong.

When I used the second machine, the wax boiled over and overflowed onto the rim of the machine. I sent photos to customer service, and received an email from Nevena Chalova, Head of Customer Support. When I suggested the machine was faulty and showed the picture of boiling wax overflowing over the rim of the pot, I was told that I had filled the pot beyond the limit and so the fault was mine. However, I distinctly remember filling the pot half way. Having to argue my case, I then sent a picture of the cooled wax to show that the level indeed was lower than half. However, Nevena Chalova replied that I had clearly used a spatula (though it's not clear how this relates to the boiling wax issue). In what was now sounding like a Sherlock Holmes case, I looked at the picture again and saw that yes, the cooled wax had swirls in it showing where a spatula had been used. Nevena Chalova deflected the issue onto whether or not I had used the wax, not whether the wax should have boiled and overflowed in the first place. She was also insinuating that not only had I filled the wax too high, but I'd then used half the wax on myself to get rid of the evidence. I think it's obvious that once the wax had overflowed, I did not rush to smear boiling wax on myself to get rid of any evidence and that what was closer to the truth was that I had used the spatula to try to scrape the wax off of the machine while it was still melted; however, it was clear this was impossible and the machine is no longer usable.

The Head of Customer support was not interested in hearing what I had to say but rather in finding ways to accuse me and prove me wrong. I asked either for a new machine (maybe third time lucky?) or a refund, but the response was that the overflow/boiling wax issue does not come under warranty and they will not issue a refund. At this point, I think the product must have faulty wiring and I'm not convinced it's safe to use. This is a textbook case of how NOT to be a good customer service representative: accusatory, dismissive, and argumentative.

The result of this colossal waste of time is that I'm left with a useless machine with solidified wax around the rim, and, much like dinosaurs in tar pits, the removable pot (now obviously only half ful) remains stuck in its metal container and in its final resting place.

Long review of these waxes

Hi! So I decided to do a longer review since when I was looking for waxes I couldn't find a lot of reviews for this company and their product so, hopefully this will be helpful to y'all.

Delivery:
I ordered it from Czechia (Prague) and surprisingly it came like really fast. I ordered it yesterday morning at I received the package today around morning as well.

Contents of the package:
I ordered their bundle "WaXx Box Delicate Desires" and additional Orchid wax bottle. Everything came as I ordered it, together with one free wax bottle (I got Aloe) and the little wooden spatulas.

Waxes:
For the deeper review of the experience and how painless or painful it was, or how effective they were I will use the wax "Plum". In terms of smells, the "Golden Pearl", "Aloe" and "Rose" were okay, I really enjoyed the smell of "Orchid" and the "Plum" was quite nice too.

Waxing experience (used wax: Plum) and the wax heater:
The wax heater at first seems kinda cheap, but it didn't blow up and it did work without breaking so it's all good. The wax melted in few minutes, I sometimes mixed it with the wooden spatula.
When the wax starts melting it smells a bit like a glue gun, but once it melts it actually smells like the nice scents of the wax.
I started with the shins as it's one of the easiest part to wax. I highly recommend first trying it if it's not too hot, since even the minimum on the wax heater burnt me slightly, so meanwhile waxing you gotta keep turning it on and off, which gets bit annoying but it's fine. I also recommend wearing gloves meanwhile waxing as it kept getting stuck on my nails, but the given after wax oil (After wax oil: Bubblegum) removed it easily.

Now the most asked question: is it really painless?
- well, yes and no. The wax might be gentle to the skin, but you're still ripping out your hair, so it will be a bit painful. Depending on the body part, I shall rank the pain scale, 1 being not painful and 10 it hurts a lot.
Lower legs - 2
Arms - 2
Face - 3/4
Thighs and bikini line - 5
Brazilian and armpit - 8/9 (quite painful)

The efficiency:
Usually, after playing with the wax consistency and time left on the body, I found out that for the most of the time, first go takes off like 60-70% of the hairs and second go finishes with leaving one or two hairs.

Overall experience:
I think they are pretty good waxes, they smell nice and are pretty efficient. It leaves small spots of waxes on the side, but their oil removes them quite easily. The skin isn't red for a long time (just couple of minutes) and they actually didn't hurt my skin, irritated a bit, yes, but didn't hurt it like other waxes might've. I wouldn't say it is painless, but that is to be expected, but they are more gentle than other waxes I tried. Also would really appreciate the wooden spatula to be bigger or have different sizes as they're quite small for waxing legs or bigger areas.

Pros and cons:
+ smells nice
+ more gentle than other waxes
+ satisfying
+ takes off almost all hairs in two tries
+ their oil is calming to skin and removes the wax that got left on your skin, also smells so nice
- heater looks bit cheap (it still works tho)
- even on the lowest setting of the wax heater to keep the wax from hardening, it still burns the skin quite a bit, so I ended up having to turn the wax heater on and off so it didn't burn my skin meanwhile also having the wax ready to use, which is bit annoying
- not painless, especially in the sensitive areas
- very time consuming (which is to be expected)

My last thoughts, I do recommend these, I think overall they're great waxes! Not very painless, but they are gentler to the skin while removing a solid amount of hair.

Firstly i got sent 2 wrong products

Firstly i got sent 2 wrong products, like they were literally switched with something else that my bundle wasn't supposed to have but did. Thats pretty disappointing. And the wax isn too liquidy, doesn’t seem to harden a bit when its in the machine once it’s set to medium. Almost like water, and then try to get it on the wooden spatula and on yourself. pretty awful, i don’t know maybe the wax is low quality or i’m using it wrongly but i’ve been doing everything it says on the digital guide. Really not happy, overall the shipping was good, 3 days.

De wax zelf is goed maar de verwarmer…

De wax zelf is goed maar de verwarmer heel slecht. In de instructies staat dat de was na 15 minuten gesmolten moet zijn, maar na 45 minuten is zelfs de bodem nog niet goed gesmolten.... Heel jammer. Geprobeerd om een klacht in te dienen bij de klantenservice om gebruik te maken van de garantie regeling, maar krijgen een totaal onnozel antwoord want "dit is geen professioneel apparaat". Dat neemt niet weg van het feit dat hij het niet goed doet en dat we gebruik willen maken van garantie.

Op de reactie: In onze email staat "ik zou graag gebruik willen maken van de garantie regeling." En geven we het nummer van de garantiekaart. Dus hoe bedoel je dat we geen garantie hebben aangevraagd?
Daarnaast staat in de mail dat de wax na een half uur nog steeds niet gesmolten is, maar dat het uren duurt. Hier zeg je dat het team zegt dat het waar is dat een hele pot na 30/40 minuten smelt, maar wij geven in de email duidelijk dat het na deze tijd nog steeds niet gesmolten is. Misschien moet de klantenservice eerst de emails goed doorlezen voordat ze een reactie geven. Het is gewoon beschamend dat jullie ook hier op trustpilot een reactie geven met dingen die helemaal niet waar zijn.

Moreover, you mentioned that half of a jar of wax is melted for about 30-40 minutes. Our team simply informed you that this holds true for the heater, yes.
It is not a professional device, and as it says in the instructions, about 1/3 of a jar of wax is melted for about 20 minutes. Please, keep in mind that this heater is 100W.
