it took forever to arrive, then checked on chewy and the price was 50% of what i paid.

Also it doesnt glow unless charged by UV light and does not hold a glow for long at all.

Well i don't have what i purchased yet........

Our leash broke within a year after purchase. We reached out since their warranty covered 2 years of use and our leash broke after only 1 year. After reaching out to their team (asking what warranty) they asked us to pay $14 to ship a replacement leash which is almost half of a new leash that has yet to arrive…

We bought the reflective collar for two reasons.
Obviously the reflective aspect and the fact there is a disc with a scan and contact aspect.
The glow is so dull it can't be seen from any distance over a few feet.
The disc scab code rubbed off after our dog went into the undergrowth two or three times. Very cheap pri ting process.
Waste of time.

I have not recieved my order

I ordered a leash on 2/26 and have not received a shipping notification or any other communication from WauDog since. I reached out to customer service multiple times weeks ago and have not heard back. I’m starting to think I was scammed. Be careful buying from this company!

I ordered 2 collars on 13th January got order confirmation and my card charged and message stating I would receive an email once order was shipped. It is now 29th of January I have received no such email. I have sent multiple emails over the last couple of weeks to the to customer care addresses on both the email order confirmation and the contact us details on the store website which state they will respond in 24-48 hours I have had no response to any email communication.

I ordered four leashes; two orange and two black. I’ve had these leashes before and they are great. Virtually indestructible. I bought four of them from you and they ripped first time out, each one. I have sent you emails and tried to contact you via phone. I am now speaking to American Express to dispute the charge.

Sadly I have not received my product yet. Could be due to the mail strike

I'm not happy with the order setup. It took almost a month for the item to arrive. I ordered on 9th November it came today (3rd of December). The shipping is very expensive and in the end I had to pay customs. In the end I paid more for customs and delivery than the collar. Additionally, it says that it glows in the dark (which is the reason I bought it) but it doesn't.

Only one item arrived out of 3 & still awaiting a response.

Did not adhere to customer service policy for return.

Says online you have 10 days to reach out for a refund or solution - I measured my dogs necks based on dimensions provided on their site, ordered 3 collars and a leash. Over $100 CAD. Waited over a month to receive it. When I got them… none of them fit. I emailed 3 times requesting assistance, offered to ship them back to get the larger size in exchange, and they have ignored my emails. Avoid this company at all costs. They do not care about customer service! So unless you are 1000% sure of sizing (which you can’t go by their dimensions) I would avoid ordering, as you won’t get any assistance for an exchange or refund.

Still haven’t received my order and it’s been almost 3 weeks
