From a renting point of view; right from the start Raj was very helpful, there was great communication, and he explained everything as it progressed. Any maintenence that pops up is dealt with in a timely manner, Kewal is also very helpful. An overall great experience so far. Highly recommended.

Genuineness and professionalism
I found my current rental house through Watermelon Estates. The pictorial adverts they posted accurately represented the property. The house has been refurbished and looks almost brand new. Their staff demonstrated professionalism throughout the entire rental process. I would recommend them to anyone looking to rent or buy a property.
