I had a fantastic experience with Dr Katy Nassar who is the aesthetics practitioner at Waterfront . She made me feel completely at ease and gave me honest professional advice. She is such a lovely person and so easy to talk to. I would thoroughly recommend her .

The professionalism and kindness displayed by all staff is exemplary. Mr Quaba made me feel at ease and installs confidence in his services whilst being open and transparent.

Hopefully the issue with my dermatitis is sorted, but only after discovering that if I went NHS I would be on the waiting list for 90+ weeks!

I was received with courtesy . Staff offered help but did not insist.
As I was early, I was offered a comfortable seat and some refreshments.
The hospital is very clean and there is a calm atmosphere so that I was relaxed when it was my turn to be examined.

This hospital and its team are truly exceptional. From the moment you walk through the doors, you are met with kindness, warmth, and genuine care. Every member of staff makes you feel welcomed, valued, and safe, which means so much when you’re feeling vulnerable.

My surgeon took on my case after a traumatic experience elsewhere left me battling sepsis and without one of my implants. Physically and emotionally, it was an incredibly difficult time, and I had lost confidence in seeking further treatment. I was frightened about undergoing surgery again and struggled to find anyone willing to help. Mr Anderson at Waterfront listened with compassion and understanding, arranging a consultation that would ultimately change everything for me.

My surgeon not only restored my confidence but also gave me back a part of myself that I thought I had lost. His skill, professionalism, and calm, reassuring manner were remarkable throughout. I will always be grateful for the care and dedication he showed me.

On the morning of my surgery, I was welcomed into a private room where everything was explained carefully and thoughtfully. There was never any feeling of being rushed, and every question I had was answered with patience and kindness. The whole experience felt personal, supportive, and centred around my wellbeing.

The anaesthetist and theatre nurse were equally wonderful. Their warmth and attentiveness helped ease my nerves, and I felt completely looked after from beginning to end. It was clear that they genuinely cared, and that reassurance meant more than words can express.

Having experienced poor aftercare elsewhere, this was naturally one of my biggest concerns. However, the aftercare I received at Waterfront was outstanding. The staff were attentive, compassionate, and incredibly thorough, giving me complete confidence that I was in safe hands throughout my recovery.

What began as one of the most difficult experiences of my life has been transformed into one of healing, hope, and renewed confidence. I cannot thank the entire team at Waterfront enough for the exceptional care they provided. Their kindness, professionalism, and compassion made all the difference during a time when I felt at my most vulnerable.

Had a lovely consultation with Mr Quaba. He was very informative, he listened intently as to why I was visiting him. We discussed options, expectations and outcomes. I will review literature that Mr Quaba is sending me and then have a second consultation to discuss plans.
