Purchased a counterfeit watch that stopped working after 18 months. Seiko confirmed the fake watch purchased from watchpilot for over £350 was a fake and therefore could not be repaired. Watch pilot were absolutely awful to deal with and it took several weeks and persistent contact for this to he begrudgingly resolved by them. Terrible experience and would not recommend.

There was to begin with a slight misunderstanding based on a description of product discrepancy - however it was easily resolved with the help of Dhanush who has expedited the matter and I will receive my goods in 72 hours - can’t say fairer than that - good people and helpful people - grateful

Fantastic service. Ordered online one evening, got a call the next morning to ask if I needed any links removing, received an email moments later to say it had been dispatched and the watch arrived incredibly well packed the next morning.

When I received my watch it was delivered by Royal Mail and was appropriately packaged. I fully recommend this company and will definitely use them in future.

My experience with WatchPilot is one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a seller. I hope their AI agent does not report my negative review again as not authentic, as this shows a very poor practice from them.
They sent me the wrong items, refused to recall the package (which was possible to do, as they were the senders), told me to wait for the package, check what is inside and then inform them what items from my order they didn't send, and then send them the wrong items back. Watch Pilot knew they mixed up the order, as per their email, but had no idea which items were sent to who. This is deeply unprofessional, especially since I would have had to pay roughly 80 pounds in customs fees to receive a package that didn't even have my order correctly. So I rejected the package at Swedish customs directly (it happens automatically when you reject the payment of fees, and the package is returned to the sender) and then, as WatchPilot has AI for client service and their agent cannot do the job of a human, I had to make a request with Royal Mail for the package to be returned to their warehouse (Shoreham-by-Sea). This should have been the seller's job, not mine.
The package with the incorrect order was returned to WatchPilot on the 3rd of September, and they even as we speak did not confirm the return, did not cancel my order and did not refund me, claiming they need more time. On their page, they give an interval of 3 days from when a return is received until a refund is issued by them. It's 25 days since they received the return from me and they ask for more time every time I ask them to process the order I returned to them, as they informed me it was incorrect, and to issue a refund for me.
Their client service is pretty much an AI agent and you really need to insist that a human answers without the help of AI. Not that their answers help, they are just insisting they need more time to get an answer from their team.
At this point, given that I returned the package at customs and it reached them exactly as they shipped it to me, prepared and sealed by them, reporting a return and making a refund should be very easy. Yet they seem to not be on the task.

For Trustpilot: I hope you improve your detection system and you stop allowing the AI agents of businesses reviewed here to report legitimate negative reviews like mine as false. You already did this to me once, and this means you are removing legitimate negative reviews, which inflates the trust scores of the businesses evaluated here. I have already sent you enough documentation that this review is genuine. I have all the receipts, emails from their client service, information from couriers that can support my statement above.

L.E. after a month from when I returned the package, and after calling their warehouse a couple of times past days as there was no answer to emails recently, I have finally received a refund.

SImple, cost effective, great product. Perfect service.
