Bought an Ocen Crawler Dream Diver from Watch Bandit. Received a different watch then I ordered. Contacted them about it on IG and less then one week later the right watch arrived. Was reimbursed the customs charges for one of the watches, and received a cupon for two straps of my choice! Very happy with how they solved it. All the way service minded and eager to help out!
Everyone can make a misstake, it is how you make up for it that counts. And Watch Bandit deliveres!

Top-Notch!
After my first purchase experience with WatchBandits, I've decided to make them my official strap suppliers!
They offer top-quality straps at great prices (often offering discounts on certain items) and their service is top-notch.
As an avid watch collector (I own more than 200 pieces), I was looking for an online strap supplier that would be reliable, offer good prices, original and quality products, and ship under reasonable time frames.
It would be hard not to put five stars on all these aspects!
To tell the truth, I was so impressed by the service that I even purchased a LeJour watch from them, confident that I was that they would go above and beyond to satisfy my request. I was not disappointed.
The guys at WatchBandits are not just business people. They're watch nuts. And it shows.
Five Stars through and through!

I order watch straps at Watchbandit since years and I was always very pleased with the fast delivery and the quality of the goods. Lately I ordered a Formex Essence Chronometer at Watchbandit and I never had a better watch for the buck! Again, fast delivery and good communication. I can only recommend!

I first met Chris at Baselworld and he was a lovely guy! Spent time chatting about watches and straps. You can see the passion he has as it shows in the products he develops. I purchased the two piece nato and 5 perlon straps that I just adore! I want to thank the watch bandit team for being so professional and attentive. Great company!
