Great service from WatchBandit. I found the website very simple to use and a large selection of straps. I ordered their own Perlon strap and the quality is excellent, with Stainless Steel brushed hardware. Delivery was very quick as well. Highly recommended.

Bought a dark vintage grey suede strap from watchbandit. The overall quality of the strap is ok, though I expected it to be one piece of leather, instead of two pieces of leather glued together, I'm sure it would last longer if it was one piece. I would have liked it wider at the buckle, but I guess that just how it's made. The only annoying thing is, that the strap is not very long, it almost doesn't fit a normal sized wrist like mine, so if you have a big wrist, it's not a strap for you. Other than that, the strap is very soft and nice to wear.

Great customer service, awesome quality of watchbands and large variety of watches from many different microbrands. The shipping was a bit slow, but due to Covid, they still get a 5 star from me.

UPDATE: Although I have experience delays and trouble with my order, customer service, and the Rep. Paul in particular, couldn't have been more helpful in accommodating and resolving any issues. COVID-19 seems to be affecting everyone differently so I can appreciate the transparency and assistance with any ordering/shipping issues.

Incredible service, friendly and responsive staff, and quality products...what more can I ask for? I bought a two watches (one for a friend), some straps and a couple of bracelets over several orders on quick succession. Most arrived quickly and the team was so kind on multiple levels. One delivery had some minor hiccups due to the manufacturer shipping a lot later than expected (Watchbandit didn't keep the watch on stock) and the shipping company having a horrendous tracking system. But the Watchbandit team stepped in to make things right and all was great in the end!!!! Thanks team and I'll be back soon!

I can’t really say enough good things about these guys, so i’ll try to be somewhat concise: My very first order with the company I accidentally put the wrong address for my shipping, but I didn’t realize this until I reached out to see how the shipment was progressing. Not only did they make things right (for my mistake) by shipping another order out (no questions asked) but they offered a significant discount to help me purchase another strap to ease the blow of having waited so long for the arrival (again, for my mistake). The subsequent shipment of all of the straps arrived swiftly to my doorstep well packaged. Even the way the straps were arranged in their individual sleeve, so that leather and/or steel bits wouldn’t rub against each other during shipment, gave me the feeling that everything this company does is thoughtful. My exchanges with them both through email and social media have been swift, cordial, and personable, and that’s just not something you get every day. That alone is worth so much to as a buyer and avid watch collector, but the straps are extremely high quality for the price as well. Pound for pound, I’d put them against anything I’ve purchased, and I’ve tried a lot of other straps (canvas, nato, and vintage style leather) from other comparably priced companies that will remain unnamed. Suffice it to say that the others didn’t hold a candle to WatchBandit’s quality, and perhaps even more important to me, their amiability with an individual customer that’s all but lost on many of today’s businesses. It’s worth every penny, to me.

I've been buying stuff from the Bandits since day one. Always been on point with both service and quick delivery. Thet have also the best straps bang for buck in the business. Don't understand why there are 1 stars - reviews here to be honest. Never experienced anything close to those reviews and me and my friends have bought loads.
