I used Watch Hub after searching online for a replacement battery for my G-Shock.
From my initial enquiry on their website I was quickly contacted by Nathan, who was very friendly and talked me through their repair service and costs.

After posting my watch to them on Wednesday, I received a call from Nathan on Friday confirming receipt of the watch and explaining the repairs made, and they even fixed a problem I was not aware of. I then received the watch back on Saturday morning !

I found the whole process dealing with Watch Hub very quick and efficient, and at a reasonable price.

I will definitely be using Watch Hub again for future repairs, and would highly recommend their services.

Excellent - I have had my Casio Pro Trek watch for 15 years but the buttons started to stick and an Open message appeared on the screen, I sent it to Casio who returned it to say the parts were no longer available, I did an online assessment with another company who said I should send it direct to Casio. Watch-Hub however understood the problem, quoted to fix the watch so I sent it to them and it was fixed an back with me within a week exactly as they had promised and for the quoted price. I am very happy to recommend them to anyone else.

A much loved and reasonably valuable watch suffered a broken winder after many years of reliable service. Nathan explained the processes needed to complete the repair and undertake a full service and provided a quotation which remained unchanged once he had seen the watch. The repair and service was completed within his estimated time scale and the watch was returned looking as good as new. Thank you.

Nathan was the chap who explained the whole process and true to his word my watch was fixed and the whole process only took three days , needless to say very impressed with the service , the whole experience was great with Watch hub would throughly recommend.

Sent my wife’s ladies diamond set Tag watch for battery and resealing. Told by all the jewellers it would take weeks and weeks and cost about £200. Watch Hub (Nathan) did the work and returned it back to me in three day all packaged up, receipt and testing certificate with the watch and a fraction of the cost I had been quoted.
Thoroughly recommend this company with their honesty, trust and workmanship.

Needed to have my watch repaired when the winder became detached .Filled in online quote and was contacted by phone shortly after by Nathan. He went through their procedure with no pressure to accept the price quoted. Once they received my watch they contacted me again to confirm the quoted price after their physical inspection. The whole process was very smooth and cannot fault the service I received.

Great service, excellent communication and most importantly a fixed watch.
A rare but inexpensive watch has been brought back to life by the amazing Nathan @ watch hub. A clean and rebuild did not get the watch to watch hub standards so Nathan found a replacement innards and took the parts required to fix my watch. 2 weeks in total including delivery of replacement parts and I am wearing my watch.
I not only recommend watch hub but will be sending more in for much needed TLC.
