Having initially left 4 watches with a supposedly expert repair shop in Hatton Garden, only to have all 4 returned to me months later with various reasons why they could not be repaired, I chanced upon Watchhub.

I could not have been more pleased with their service. They communicated quickly with a range of options all clearly priced for each watch. The procedure for sending the watches to them was easy and they were returned to me as part of the service all in good time.

Excellent repair shop and service. I highly recommend.

The people are very friendly and keep you updated regularly. I was really surprised at how good it looked when it came back. Repair and cleaning all done for a very reasonable price.

I have used their services twice now and I must say I am 100% pleased by the service I received. The work required on my watch was dealt with and done extremely quickly. The staff are very friendly and polite and the total cost of the repairs were very reasonable.
I would whole heartedly recommend this company to anybody requiring repairs to their watch.

From the first phone call, Gary was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Technically it was only a small job on my mother-in-law's watch but of great sentimental value to her. I sent the watch off on last Friday, had a phone call on Saturday, agreed the price for what was required including an overhaul and it was returned arriving on Tuesday working perfectly and looking shiny. I'm sure the m-i-l will be delighted as I was. Very reasonable cost, very quick and very helpful. Puts most others to shame.

I called for information regarding my watches to be repaired they explained the process from my postage to the repaires the price brakedown and return postage this was all done within the week (bank Holiday weekend aswell) great service will use again

I have had three watches serviced by post by the team here - two of which are 1970's Vintage and were running eratically or broken before. They have done a brilliant job with each being good now for many a year.

got in touch with company spoke to Nathan really helpful he explained the whole thing. sent my watch off got a call to say he had received and what it need . he gave me a great price. just got it back and its fabulouso.

I received a call from Nathan just hours after emailing Watch Hub. He explained how things worked and then emailed me the details. I sent my watch by tracked delivery and they called me back the next day to let me know they had received it and what would happen next. The next day they called again to tell me everything was sorted and the watch arrived the next day. A really quick turnaround, very professional, open & honest and friendly. They managed to fix something a high street jeweller failed to do and at a reasonable price. Highly recommended!

What a fantastic job these guys did for my Tag watch .Super quick turnaround and excellent communications through out the whole process .Informed me of any issues and gave options to choose ,no pressure up selling and the end result is my watch looking like it has just come out of the box .I will,definitely use again and recommend anyone to give these guys a go you will not be disappointed .And thank you for replacing the blue tape for the gold tape on the clasp my wife rolled her eyes 👀 and laughed 👌.

Had a new battery and clean of an expensive Rado watch for significantly less than Rado would charge me. Sending it off to Rado could take 3 months. Got mine back in “55 MINUTES” and it looked like new. Terrific service. Would thoroughly recommend them. 2 very pleasant chaps as well. Terry Stacey.

Had to leave another review for these guys. One of the watches that had a new capacitor fitted by Watch Hub a while back was unfortunately dropped on a hard floor by my wife. This caused the minute hand to fall off. I sent it to Watch Hub after Nathan quoted a provisional £49 for fixing it. The watch was repaired super quickly and was sent back in a few days. Great service and I appreciated the communication keeping me up to speed from Nathan and Steve.

Can’t fault Watch Hub! …really didn’t think they could repair my Casio edifice watch, with solar power. Casio quoted for a new blue tooth module and battery , watch hub challenged that and said it was something else. They were right, watch back looking like a new watch and working perfectly! Great faultless communication and good price. Thank you watch hub!

Watch Hub Peterborough did a great job, replacing the battery in my Longines watch. Communication was excellent throughout, with an accurate and reasonable estimate, and watch was returned within 3 working days. Great job, thank you.

I found the Watch Hub . by internet seach. I needed my pride and joy watch repairing . It had just stopped working. My thoughts a quik battery change and sortted.
I was dualy infored it did not have a battery . They explained it was simalar to a battery but different as it stores voltage from daylight into this cell. to make it work correctly. They gave a sugested price to cover it. Cleaned all of it then returned looking new again . Well pleased
