My wife has a Ladies Longines watch over thirty years old, the winder to change the date was difficult to use, the hands kept jumping every five seconds and eventually the watch stopped. I contacted Watch Hub and explained the issues, no problem was the reply. I sent the watch by Royal Mail Special Delivery and received confirmation of receipt. The watch arrived back repaired, cleaned and tested within 7 days. My wife is delighted.

From the moment I had contact with Nathan and Steve until the moment I received my watch back they have been a joy to work with.
They offered a few solutions to mending my clasp on my Omega and quoted around 3 weeks to do the repairs. Sending it off was easy, I opted for a higher insured bracket at the post office, and to my surprise I actually received my watch back in just over a week.
Hopefully I won’t need them again for a while but I couldn’t recommend their customer service enough and the repair looks as though I’ve got a new watch back considering it’s 25 years old!

New capacitor fitted to my Citizen Eco Drive and link removed from strap plus a clean. Quick turnaround and the watch was shiny as new after its clean after 12 years of use. Definately recommend Watch Hub.

I had been struggling to find anyone who would touch this Citizen 7878 divers watch that I bought new back in 1996 as it was a front loading monocoque design. I contacted Watch Hub and they confirmed they would carry out the work. The watch came back perfect, with a new capacitor, the Crystal re-aligned ( when it went to Citizen for a new crystal years ago they did not set it in straight) and a modification to the second hand was carried out.
Watch Hub's customer service is second to none... I am very impressed, I shall definitely be using them again for my other watches. Thank you again!

A very pleasant all round service provided by Steve at Peterborough Watch Hub. Carefully explained everything he would do to my watch along with putting the new battery in, including giving it all a once over plus a reseal and leak test. Was all done within the hour quoted and for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Watch Hub.

Excellent service for my Seiko Black Prospex Solar. Great comms & based on the phone diagnosis a price was quoted. Once they had the watch, Nathan confirmed the quoted price did not need to change & the parts were ordered. Will definitely use them again.

Read reviews and thought this was the place for me to renew battery on my tag watch - posted securely to them on Tuesday watch returned Friday - kept in touch every step of the way was quoted a reasonable price of £79.99 to which once received they kept to - would recommend the cleaning service as I took them up on the offer and watch has returned looking almost as good as new . Also fixed a loose clasp for me free of charge - thank you very much you have a new happy customer very pleased with service speed and price , what more can you ask for

While winding my 70 year old Omega Sea Master watch, the winder came off. I then had the task to find a repairer. I have in the past taken my repair to a Omega shop and ended up with repair bills in the high hundreds of pounds.
I remembered having a strap fitted to the watch at The Watch Hub.
so i went there to seek their advice, i was told to leave it with them for a couple of hours.
When i returned i found the winder had been repaired and the watch had been cleaned (it looked like new).
All this work for £79.00. On this and future occasion

Filled out an online contact form for a repair of the clasp on my Gucci 1500L having seen their online blog showing they had worked on a similar watch. Received a follow up call to discuss the repair and offer a provisional quote followed up by email confirmation. I sent my repair by post, I was called when it had arrived and they confirmed the original quote, carried out the work and I received it back by post in a couple of days. Repair is perfect and very reasonably priced (£25). Communication was excellent and everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful throughout. Additional services were offered but at no point were staff pushy about accepting them and there was no pressure. I would definitely use Watch Hub again and would recommend it to others.

Unexpectedly good service. I wasn't expecting an absolute shambles but I'm always cautious (cynical) about the service I may receive. However, I am over the moon with what Watch Hub provided. Really clear website instructions to initiate dialogue, very clear pricing and further instruction on how to get my watch to them as I am not local, a follow up call to confirm my watch had arrived and then my watch was returned, resealed, clean and undamaged. 4 days door to door service. Will definitely use again.

I’ve just received my Tag Heuer watch back from having a new battery, re-sealed and the watch polished and I have to write a plus 5* review instantly. What a fabulous company Watch Hub is. It’s my first time of using them and their customer service is the best of any other company I have used before. They promised me my watch would look better than ever and genuinely it does. I don’t think it looked this polished and brand new even when I bought the watch from the jewellers( thank you Nathan). I am so, so happy with the result. I think my watch was only away from me for about a week; someone was in contact with me from me sending the watch to them, to their receiving of it, what needed to be done with it, the servicing and polishing of it( absolutely worth the small, extra cost) and when it was being posted securely back to me. I’m really grateful to all the staff I have spoken to, for the care they took over my watch and for the friendly and efficient updates. You are all excellent at what you do. Thank you so much.

Great Service, my Accurist World Timer which is 26 years old and of great sentimental value needed a 2 battery replacement and reseal, price was excellent and very quick turnaround. Can't fault them.

I had a battery fitted in my Tag Heuer - the process from start to finish was second to none. The guys at Peterborough shop provided excellent customer service - friendly, knowledgeable, super fast turn around, great price. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I had my watch cleaned today by Steve, not only is he very welcoming and professional he did a brilliant job of my watch it looks brand new! Highly recommend!

Fab service on my Tag Heuer battery replacement i cannot recommend the guys in Peterborough enough gave great advice and really helpful. It was reassuring to know that they are a Tag approved repairer and that they gave an 18 month guarantee. I will definitely be using them again.

Have had to pop into watch hub twice in last two weeks for two different issues. Two chaps in there have been absolutely fantastic. Nothing was a problem. Honest, quality service that I will return to ahead of anyone else.

Outstanding service. The guys at Watch hub repaired the Breitling that had been sat dead in my drawer for 5 years after a variety of other companies had tried and failed to fix it. Full praise to the team in Peterborough. Excellent communication with regard work the was needed to repair my 30 year old Seiko to look and work like new.

Initially my watch was repaired by Watch Hub but had to be returned and after it was inspected I was advised that because of its age it would need to go to Seiko for closer examination. In conclusion my watch came back fully working, at a very reasonable cost and I was kept fully informed of progress throughout.
