I wish I had read the reviews here earlier. In the website, they show ships in 1-2days. Once you make the purchase, they email you to let you know that the product is not in stock. Total scam!
I had contacted them. Even after a month, I still see the product being advertised as 'ships in 1-2 days'. Asked them to update the website but they did nothing. I posted review of the product to save others from the hassle I am facing. They didn't even publish my 1 star review in their website.
Did I mention that they said the product will be available in a month and missed that timeline, too!? After one month, when I contacted them, they say that they don't know when it'll be back in stock and requested to wait for another month!!!

Gave them my money for an aquapal and they took it and ran. No updates no product. Scammers!

Disappointed that a known company, with a director who PROMISED monthly updates and that this product would come to market, would take people's money and deliver nothing. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Like others, I relied on the fact that Wasserstein was an established company to sway me into investing in their AquaPal smart watering system. They represented themselves as being just about ready for production. They readily accepted our money and promised updates. Well that didn't materialize. Their 'guarantee' of shipping will be the magic bullet when pressed for either a refund or the actual product should it materialize. There are enough of us disgruntled investors that our legal fees per person will be minimal should we need to litigate. How stupid can this company be to not be transparent? What does it say about their character? I've given them amble opportunity to reply to me and I only get 'canned' responses. I suspect they are in disarray. Next step will be to discuss this with their big name partners to let them know that they are dragging their names through the mud as well. Are you listening Google, Amazon, Apple?

Backed their kickstarter for aquapal which included a guarantee this would be delivered. They have gone silent with no updates are are nearly a year over the initial schedule with no meaningful updates.

As this was being completed by an established company with previous manufacturing experience, there was more confidence they would follow through or at least provide updates.

At this time it appears they were in it for a money grab or they are incompetent. Without any communication, we have to assume the worse.

Backed a campaign via Kickstarter. Yes - I know there is no guarantee that the product from KS will ever ship. My comments is strictly on the unethical and poor behavior of this company and how it treats customers. I cannot recommend this company for anything - they have broken promises to "keep updates" coming. I don't believe the product will ever ship, and if it does, I do not have any confidence in the support I would get or quality of the product (given that they cannot be troubled to update paid backers at least once a month). This would apply to anything I'd buy from them direct or on Amazon.

I bought 2 cameras with solar panels, they arrived but were defective. After being told over and over again how to install the camera (I have 10 others, I know how to install them). Their reluctance to accept the return concerned me so I sent them a photo of their no hassle 30 day return policy, I was finally sent a prepaid UPS label but I noticed that they shipped me a package weighting 6 lbs. (according to the UPS label) but the return label they emailed me was for 3 lbs. which I though was weird. I went to the UPS store to send back the return package, I tracked it and 2 weeks after they received it, I emailed to find out where my refund was, I received a refund for about $70 less than what I paid. When I asked why I was told that the package weighed less than it should have and items where missing. I hit the roof and emailed back and said that, Wasserstein sent me the label with 3 lbs. weight. After I calmed down, I emailed them again, since they use a logistics firm, I told Wasserstein that I wanted a copy of the video of my package being opened, a list of everything they SAY was missing including the serial numbers of the "missing item(s)" and I told them that if I didn't get my full refund I would contact their logistics company and let them know that any complaint I make will include not only Wasserstein but their logistics company. I then found the UPS drop-off label I got when I took the return package to UPS store for shipping, it showed the weight of the item as 6 lbs. and emailed a copy of that label. They refunded the entire purchase.
This is not a reputable company and I would never do business with them or recommend them to anyone, they not only tired to rip me off but they are also ripping off UPS, since a 3 lbs. package cost less to ship then a 6 lbs. package. I have a feeling that this is this companies modus operandi.

Odered a black solar charger surround for my doorbell. Couldn't find the colour on Amazon, so went directly to Wasserstein who advertised they had the colour I required for the colour matching of my frontdoor.
The product arrived from Amazon, but wrong colour. Its not a high value item, so i enquired directly with Wasserstein, an told them about the wrong colour, if I ordered the product again, would I receive the correct colour? Wasserstein asked me to send pictures of the product, which I did. Then a few days later I'd received an email closing my enquiry down. So i followed up, an was told the item would be replaced. That was back in January 2021, its now end of March still no replacement product and Wasserstein have not responded to my latest email asking for an update. Just closed my ticket. Poor service, wrong product, beware of buying products from this company.
