I have been trying to return a wasserstien chime that I purchased and have no success to instructions on to return the unit. I can not install it the way there instructions detail. I tried their chat and was directed to a technition but they wanted me to pay $5.00. If you buy this product buy it from a US supplier.

Please read all the reviews regarding this company before ordering. I am in the middle of a nightmare and something about them just seems off to me. I have decided to go the route of disputing the charge and filing a formal complaint with C.A. They ignore BBB complaints so I'll go with the government agency.

Don’t buy from this scam business. Bought nest door bell chime and they don’t tell you that you have to buy a transformer to use this until you open this product. Then obviously wants to return then you pay $15 for the shipping . Unethical and no phone number to talk .

I choose and ordered a product on Wasserstein Home on-line shop and get confirmation of the order upon the payment with my Credit Card. On the Wasserstein Home on-line shop the product I choose was not advised as unavailable and so the order process proceeded and completed with the payment. Later, inquirying Wasserstein to know about the shipment. references to track I was made aware, disregarding the effects/impacts with Customer, that the order couldn't be fufill because of the product was unavailable in my area and offered to refund the payment. The order was cancelled and the refund is not yet available/received. By me, this behaviors of Wasserstein Home configures and are perceived as not ethical, as well as a trick, to take money in advance from Customers to drive their Commercial Business so to purchase products to sell with Customer's money and not with its own resources and/or Bank loan. I felt very disappointed and frustrated, even there was not any attempt to mitigate their errors, so I strongly do not recommend this Vendor to purchase over.

Charged my account even though item was not shipped; then told me the item was not available. Instead of immediately refunding my money have sent a request for a refund to some other department. This makes no sense.

Bought a product off of Amazon and wanted some technical support. I provided the invoice number and everything, but they refused to help me because they said it was Amazon who has to help me. No, not in country, by law they must legally help me - or else their ineligible to operate in my country.

Ordered originally the Blink Battery Extenders in early March. Order cancelled as temporarily unavailable in the UK although website clearly showed delivery was possible to UK and took payment to do exactly that.

Was told I would be contacted when available in the UK, likely in a few months (even offered keep my money and automatially send when available - but I took it back). OK I will wait and continue to design my setup around getting them in a few months as I had been promised.

So excited I was to get an emailed giving a 10% discount and the Battery packs. Hooray my patience has paid off and as promised this is the letting me know when I can order, with a nice discount to make up for the previous disappointment. NO.

Despite getting an email, not only are they still unavailable in the UK, they are not planning to ship anymore to the UK.

One way or another this company lied to me, gave false hope by contacting me 'offering' the products. Very very bad customer service.

I 100% do not recommend this company at all. Wish I had seen such a poor rating on here before designing my setup around this.

Ordered a set of earbuds through them (DartPods -- $50) via Target. One earbud went bad after 3 1/2 months. They told me the product was out of warranty. However, none of the materials that came with the earbuds indicated there was any warranty at all. So, it actually wasn't out of warranty. It's just that the company doesn't warranty this product and, I suspect, many others that it sells. A complete rip-off.

Does NOT maintain network connection.Useless. Support is not much better. I waited for 2 years for product to arrive through Kickstarter. Seems most of their products have issues. BEWARE!!!

Complete time wasters! Accept your order, take your payment, confirm the details of the order and then four days later say it’s not available in UK, they can only send the item to a US address!
What? It’s different letters on an address label. Leave well alone!

Solar charger is a piece of junk. Customer service is nonexistent. Buyer beware. Not a good company.

Purchased a doorbell transformer to power my Nest doorbell and then 7 months later it just stopped working. Had to purchase another brand to power my doorbell. DON"T BUY THEIR PRODUCT!!!!
Terrible product and horrible customer service!!!

Ordered 2x solar panels for Blink camera as when advertised on Homepage it was a good price. Paid for including currency conversion rate and the card charged immediately..
I Received email receipt and then 3/4days later received email saying ' The Wasserstein Solar Panel for Blink Outdoor & Blink XT2/XT is sold out and is not yet available at the moment in United Kingdom' I have received a refund minus the conversion money but I find it odd that you can still order it on the web page for delivery to the UK 5 days later and has been since they sent me the email. After reading other reviews, I would think again before ordering from them.

I purchased because of the good reviews, but was a bit suspicious since no one have that high a % of good reviews on all their products. I made a mistake purchasing from them. In retrospect, I think they are offering people perks for writing 5 star review. Not a good product AND horrible customer service from Wasserstein Home.

Also, note they have different pricing on their website, on Amazon and Target. I ordered on Target. I received my order from Amazon AND THE PRICE WAS $2 CHEAPER there.

I was one of the first Kickstarter donors for the AquaPal. I have come to the conclusion that it will never be put into production, let alone shipped. Christopher Maiwald (the person in charge of AquaPal) makes no effort to hide the fact that he's in way over his head. He has every intention of keeping our money. I will keep demanding a refund and hounding him at every turn. Not only do people such as Christopher Maiwald make you want to avoid Kickstarter, but they also put organizations such as GoFundMe under scrutiny. I hate getting ripped off.

I am another person that has been let down by their AquaPal kickstarter campaign. 1.5 years later still no sign of production and infrequent updates. It is clear that much of what they wrote in their campaign was untrue. Who knows if we will ever receive this product.

I have ordered several of their branded products. So far all of them have been horrible! Absolutely horrible! The biggest is their flood light with remote for Google Nest Outdoor Camera. (This is not the Google nest floodlight). Their floodlight comes with a remote that is suppose to allow you to control it. However it doesn’t work. You can set it today and tomorrow it’s back to default. I bought 3 of these and they all do the same thing. Once it gets cold it’s off and on and off and on. Super annoying! No settings change it. Contacted customer service since buying them in April and no support! I would advise looking elsewhere!

Scammers. Put a project on Kickstarter claiming it was done and ready for production with a 100% delivery guarantee. Complete lies. Check out the comments on Kickstarter for the AquaPal.

HOW I GOT MY MONEY BACK:

It finally got their attention. After a month of asking their customer service for a refund, I posted a comment on every Facebook ad, Twitter post, and LinkedIn post they have, calling them out as frauds and linking to this page.

Here’s the reply I just got from them:

We were able to read all your comments on Facebook and I have sent an email to our internal team asking for updates and also asking for the refund process- I will keep you posted withiin the day.

I actually got a refund a few weeks later.

You’ve got to his this fraudster where it hurts - his professional profile on LinkedIn where he’s trying to get partnerships with big tech.

Of course they delete every comment I made and posts where they can’t delete my comment.

That’s why you need to be diligent and hit EVERY post the put on EVERY platform.

Beware if you're ordering from Canada. They accepted my order in early November. Even sent me an order confirmation email. Today, a month later, I asked for a tracking number as my order hadn't arrived yet. I was told they don't ship to Canada. Thanks a lot. Terrible.
