Washtower® is a family-run company established in the Netherlands in 2017. What began as an idea to design a cupboard that would mean no more bending while doing the laundry, developed into an innovative modular cupboard system for the complete furnishing of a laundry room, bathroom or utility room. This was clearly a gap in the market because only five years after launching our business, our team of four has grown to 39 colleagues and we now sell our cupboards in Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Spain, England, France and Scandinavia. We hope to soon enter the American markets as well. We want our customers to consider it a joy to do the laundry. That is why we prioritise service and quality. We always make sure that our customers are 100% satisfied. To guarantee safety, we have had our cupboards tested extensively by the German TÜV Rheinland. Washtower® sells the first TÜV-certified washing machine cupboard in Europe, which makes us really proud!

Great quality
Great quality, instructions were sometimes a bit difficult. There was an error on the drawer component and some pages were in the wrong order!
Can’t fault the product and really happy with the look and quality.

Terrible and expensive delivery service

Dear Mr Kostis, First of all, thank you for sharing your experiences with the delivery. Unfortunately for you the costs were high in comparison with the product you bought. But since the product needs to come from the Netherlands on a pallet, we can not get the costs lower at the moment. This is something we're working on. But of course it wasn't supposed to be a bad delivery as well. This is something I forwared to the delivery company we work with. We're glad that you shared this so that we can do something about it. We hope you do enjoy the endresult of the product! Have a great weekend. Best regards, Babette - team Washtower

Your representative was very helpful in helping me select the right product. My only complaint is that you didn't let me know when you would be delivering the product, even though you said you would let me know. Thankfully I was home when it was delivered, but I wasn't expecting it and I didn't have any help to bring the large, heavy boxes inside. The delivery man did eventually help, but at first he refused because he said he wasn't allowed to, presumably for health and safety reasons. I would have preferred to have been notified of a delivery date so that I could have had someone here to help me.

Dear Mr/Ms Duggal, Thank you very much for sharing the experiences you had with our service and the delivery. We're glad to read that we've been very helpful to you, but unfortunately we weren't so during the delivery... This is not as how it's supposed to happen, so we've forwared your complain to the delivery company we work with. They were supposed to call you upfront to make an appointment for delivery. Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience. We hope that the end result makes up for it and that you can enjoy a functional and clean utility room. Have a great weekend. Best regards, Babette - team Washtower

Amazing solution!
I have been excited for this purchase for a long time as Brexit meant it was not available in the UK for a while.
Firstly it's amazing to have the washer and dryer raised - the sturdiness of the cabinets means no shaking at all and I am Confident in the security of the product.
The extra cupboard finishes off the wall and is great, although a bit fiddly to get the door to line up.
We did have a slight glitch with the end delivery company but customer service from washtower was great and the product arrived in excellent condition and well organized for us to begin.
I love this solution and product and am very glad to have been able to purchase - thank you!

An excellent solution, well made and worth it
I'd needed an integrated storage solution for a tumble dryer and had seen the Washtower products but was previously unable to get UK delivery so I was delighted when deliveries re-started.
It's a classic case of you get what you pay for and yes, this is a fairly expensive solution, but it really is a superbly engineered piece of kit. The instructions are excellent, step by step with accurate pictures. This is a heavy unit and it came very well vertically packed and protected on a pallet. I had to get it upstairs so it was best to unpack each box downstairs and carry the parts up as needed. It took a couple of hours to build solo and bolt onto the wall etc but I'm delighted with the end result. I ordered an 80cm top box as well which is great for towel and bedding storage, so it's worth considering if you have the ceiling height. Overall a great purchase and quality-wise I cannot fault it.

Delighted with my washtowers
Delighted with my washtowers.
I searched for this product after seeing similar on a house show.
From beginning to end I could not fault the company. They confirmed my order and it arrived well packaged within 2 weeks.
It took about a day for my joiner to put the 3 cabinets together but they look really smart and you can see the quality. Highly recommended to give organisation and ease to your utility. Thank you and well don’t you the whole team at washtower

Excellent product and service
Earlier this year we decided to give a new lease of life to the basement by converting it into the laundry room. After a lot of research, we opted to place the order online with Washtower.com, a company based in the Netherlands as we could not find similar product was available in the UK. Obviously, we were very apprehensive but after a lot of emails back and forth we placed the order. The cabinets were delivered by the courier on time and have been installed. We are very pleased with the quality, the cabinets are sturdy, robust and look great. From placing the order to delivery, the whole process was seamless.
