Warmworks is committed to providing affordable warmth to homes, families and communities across the country. We have helped tens of thousands of people to better manage their energy use and live warmer, happier, healthier lives.

We were founded in 2015 as a joint venture partnership between Energy Saving Trust, Changeworks and Sureserve.

Since then, we have supported more than 50,000 households through our work across the UK.

We have continued to expand our work, taking on new contracts and building our presence across the UK. We now have more than 180 members of staff based at our offices in Edinburgh, Newcastle, Kirkwall, London and Stornoway.

Our commitment to our values, to doing the right thing by our people, our customers and our communities, is what defines us as a business.

Our work

Our work is a key part of the drive to reduce carbon emissions and the transition to a net zero society. Our role is to ensure that this transition to low-carbon living, with its rapid shift towards new, renewable technologies in people’s homes, includes everyone, especially those who need extra help and support to adapt to change.

Excellent

From start to finish, I have been super impressed with Warmworks. The process from start to finish was very quick. All of the contractors were professional and did a fantastic job. We now have a cosy house which is future-proofed for many winters to come.

My experience with Warmworks was absolutely top class. I am so pleased with my new heating system and it is such a relief to have lovely hot water again.

The timing could not have been better for me, especially considering I was dealing with ill health over the last couple of years. Every single person who came to carry out the work was very pleasant, professional and I was left with everything nice and tidy afterwards.

I would highly recommend Warmworks and thank them so much for their great service and care.

I couldn’t be happier with Warmworks

I couldn’t be happier with Warmworks. The contractor’s they instructed to install my new heating system were an excellent team. The inspector from Warmworks checked everything thoroughly after the work was completed and noted one issue, which was soon rectified.

I recently had a new boiler fitted.

I recently had a new boiler and radiators installed in my house following a boiler breakdown.
The Warmworks company and their associates handled the process from start to finish and completed the work in a most efficient and stress-free manner. The Engineers who did the work had to lift parts of the flooring in order to install pipe etc., but everything was replaced perfectly without damage. I am very happy with the high standard of work carried out and the speed at which it was all completed. I am grateful to Warmworks, many thanks.

What a fantastic experience with…

What a fantastic experience with Warmworks. Thought everyone was friendly, helpful and explained everything well. The fitting company were also very helpful too. Don't hesitate if you are thinking of using warmworks

wonderful Experience

the regular communication filled me with confidence.
The workers were all very pleasant, tidy , and helpful if I had a question. The aftercare communication when l was unsure of the new timer .
I would have no hesitation in recommending the company especially the Elgin group who installed my new system
