I was very impressed with the work that was carried out and the workmen were very pleasant and helpful it went very smoothly and no problems and I would highly recommend this company from the first phone calls to arrange it to the last workmen leaving the house it was amazing

Amazing service. My mum had her central heating system replaced at no cost, saving her thousands of pounds. Warmworks customer service is excellent - the staff are all incredibly warm and friendly, and super helpful. The process took around 3 months in total but was absolutely worth it for the savings and improved energy efficiency of my mum's home.

Warmworks have been outstanding from giving us all the information we need to making sure we fully understood everything and checking in with how installation was and that we were happy with everything.
We really could not fault Warmworks for their service, helpful and friendly staff

Excellent communication and organisation.
The whole process was smooth, from initial contact to completed installation.

Was kept updated from the office with dates of when work was being carried out and called before workmen arrived. Everyone was professional, extremely helpful and cleared up after they completed the work.

Everything from start to finish was great, good communication, quick appointments and the guys who carried out the new heating installation were great, clean and tidy wouldn't have known they were there after such a big job

Can't fault the Valley group for their work and standards and the process with Warmworks was flawless and warmworks were very helpful. If I had one criticism it would be that you are advised if you have Laminate flooring this will have to lifted ! unless you have good under floor access!

Installation of the heat pump and radiators Tommy Hugh’s Scalloway
Also. Nordi Lerwick who installed the Solar panels I still have to get their final paperwork also Octopus my power provider have to install my Smart Meter before I can be if it from the cheaper tariff. I understand both are in hand. So I am delighted

I got really confused in the process. Was told the ceiling was to be insulated which led me to planning g how to clear the rooms. Then told the roof was to be done. Different advice given on solar panels and storage heaters, by contractors. One contractor said others were cowboys! I hadn't realised there would be different contractors. Basically, I'd hoped for new storage heaters, getting different advice on this I phoned Ĥome Energy, who advised me to phone Scarf who advised me to phone Home Energy! Notwithstanding, people I spoke with were really nice, the contractors were too, and I'm very happy and grateful for the work done.

Warmworks were excellent from beginning to end, they took control. All the obstacles were removed, making the daunting task effortless. The staff were exemplary and could not have been more friendly, helpful, or professional.
