I mistakenly placed 2 orders yesterday…
I mistakenly placed 2 orders yesterday 7th April 2020 due to somehow misunderstanding how to leave checkout and go back. The orders were virtually the same but but I mistakenly added items to the first order due to an offer of a further 30% reduction.
I have received no notification of these orders by email 1 day later.
Fortunately I paid via PAYPAL and having checked my account both payments have been made.
Having read the reviews on this page I WANT TO CANCEL BOTH ORDERS IMMEDIATELY.
Also there is supposed to be a CHAT widget which I am not seeing!!!!!!!!

Horrible!!! Bought 2 lamps, 1 has never worked, the other is the size of a matchbox.
I will be very careful to be sure I know where the product is made. Junk from China is cheap, can’t be returned and is JUNK!!

I contacted this company prior to purchasing one of their lights and asked if I could have a customer length on the light fixture. They responded and said yes, just place the order and then contact us after the order has been placed and we'll make the adjustment. I contacted them immediately after the order and they are not responding. They've sent me emails about the shipping timeline but zero acknowledgement about the custom length. Unfortunately the fixture will not work if I dont get the right length and I dont want to waste the money. I'm hoping that if I post here the company will actually respond before they ship the product.

Worth the wait but be prepared!
Be prepared for the wait. Some items were received 6.5 weeks after ordering. Some shipped sooner. However, that being said, I am satisfied with the products. The Wren sky garden planter lamp is certainly unique and looks great! I can't speak to function as it is not installed yet but hoping all will be well.

I purchased a couple of high value items beg of Jan20 for £2,700 of which only 1 item @£120 has been delivered that being of inferior quality and nothing like the picture on line. I have asked for the paperwork to make a return to which I have had no reply.
I have had on and off email communications with one of their Customer Services staff known as Mark however all I am told is the goods have been shipped which is what they confirmed a few weeks before!
Fortunately since my purchases are via American Express I am insured and they are processing a refund.
Amex will deal directly with Warmly to recover the money.

Want to return items but no one will respond!
I am trying to return two items from order #18131 but cannot get a response to my email requests (I have sent 5 emails over the past 45 days). I also cannot find a customer service phone number to call.
The two lights I want to return are much too bright (the wattage info was not in the product details when I purchased them so I didn't know how bright they would be). Additionally, one of the lights sent to me was not the color I ordered.

Quality very average and light product cannot be used in New Zealand
Quality very average. Lighting cannot be used in NZ as a Safety NZ certificate cannot be provided. should not be selling to countries where products cannot even be used.

This business is bogus. said 2-4 weeks, then 3-5 weeks for order to arrive. after 6 weeks daid it was shipped but could not supply tracking. 7 weeks same thing. Never received order.
