EVERYTHING YOU ORDER is then DIRECT SHIPPED FROM CHINA.
They have NO INVENTORY in the USA.
That’s why they offer FAKE DEEP DISCOUNTS.
IF you order ONE or more items as soon as you close your cart to process your order you DO get an Email acknowledgement/confirmation and THEN a POP-UP asking if you want to add ANY item(s) for an additional 30% OFF.
I did and the offer POP-UP is there again.
Out of 7 items I ordered on May 9, I have received ONE.
ORDER TRACKING shows you what’s happening in CHINA if you can READ CHINESE.
For items Of my order that China HAS shipped to Their last CHINESE destination prior to shipping to USA...THERE IS NO FURTHER TRACKING and NO “Wormly” tracking updates. I signed up for “SHOP” SMS tracking and NEVER got any notifications.
I emailed them this morning at 4am and at 1:00pm have received no reply.
If no reply, I will contact my credit card company and process a dispute for a credit back to my card.
As an internet marketing professional, I am truly shocked that, in this time of e-commerce frenzy that “Wormly” would fail miserably and subsequently drive customers away.
UPDATE: Received EMAIL REPLY from “Wormly” customer service.
Fake name guy Mark replied with a simple and USELESS email:

Upon checking, your items were shipped separately and the rest of your
order should be delivered to you shortly.
( HERE, a full URL provided was a mash of every tracking number )

URL landing page opened...There was NOTHING on it’s way. The tracking URL mash was nothing more than the LAST one that ENDED on June 6, 2020 for ONE ITEM out of 7 and the rest ENDED on MAY 21, 2020 for an order placed MAY 9, 2020.
No updates, no apologies men’s no awareness or automated order status scripted into their e-commerce software.
I am guessing this is actually a company intentionally built in fraud

I never receive my item and its been 3 months. I emailed them and was told its on the way not sure when maybe next year. I,m going to do a 'fraudulent claims' with your bank and post this on every site I can find and delete them off my social media page since thats where I found them.

Unique but overinflated price
I ordered the 3 glass tabletop terrarium, it came in good time from HK. It is a tad small, only enough for a few twigs or cuttings. I paid 37+ pounds and I don't feel it is good value for the size of the product. The wooden base is thin & very lightweight. The glass is plasticky. I decided to keep it as in reality I wouldn't really get all my money back as I would have to pay for the return postage to the US. I couldnt believe the original price for was 77 pounds!! The product did not come from the US, have a good read about the company on the website first as due to the very professional, high end looking website & photos, I had high expectations which sadly wasnt matched by the product I purchased.

Don't let the cute website fool you. This is a dropshipping company, you can image search nearly any item listed on AliExpress and find it for 1/3rd the price. They almost fooled me. Made an account on this thing just in case I can spare someone the trouble.

Another bad review...
I ordered two lamps almost 3 months ago.
Now i received a letter that they are stuck at customs and i have send to the invoice to the customs and i have to pay Vat, customsrights and an admin cost on top of what i paid already.
I popped the question at warmly three times by email without a decent answer. They only send me my invoice.
I also mentioned i don't want the lamps anymore but also there no answer.
If i read al the reviews (2 out of 5 stars on 153 reviews) this is a real crap company.
Please don't buy at this shop!

bamboo basket plant stand
Ordered a bamboo basket plant stand. The stand finally arrived 2 months later. The stand is designed horribly. The 3 legs that are suppose to attach to the basket is impossible to install, unless you cut the baskets bottom out! Tried to Attach them forcibly, ended up breaking one leg. Overall, horrible plant stand. Waste of $50.

Despite what their website says Warmlydecour would not accept returns or issue refunds. Their products take forever to get and are of very poor quality. Only by disputing charges with my credit card company was I able to recover my money. Frankly, it seems they are simply a scam. Note: I tried for nearly two months to receive approval to return unsatisfactory products. I never received a return authorization or the promised prepaid return shipping.

Item still not received after two and half months
I placed an order 21st February 2020 where I am still outstanding a rug and fairy lights two and a half months later. Also I did not realize that warmly decor items are from China and cheap quality.
I have emailed warmly several times where they state that my outstanding items are in transit where they send tracking information which is in Chinese. I have now put in a complaint requesting a refund for the items I have not received here in the UK.
This was my first order and I wished I had seen the reviews here.

Kontakt aufzunehmen schlug ebenfalls fehl.

Sadly, I have to give this company a bad review.
I ordered 3 lamps for 174 USD each with a code for a 10% discount.
Upon completion of the order, there was an offer to buy another one for 30% off. I contacted the company and asked for details and wanted the 30% discount on my current order. Basically, if I did not get the discount on my current order, I was going to cancel the order and then reorder 1 lamp and then have the 30% applied to the extra lamp[s]?
The big problem here is that they delayed the response and 2 days later shipped after I asked them not to until the pricing was resolved. They shipped and then let me know that the 30% discount is only applicable for second orders. So now I have to deal with returning the items when they come, which after seeing some reviews here...may never happen.

Still waiting for my order after 5.5 months and multiple reorders
I placed an order on January 6th for a multi pendant dining room light, which I STILL have not yet received. I've had to reorder twice since my original order, and having to wait more than 6 weeks each time (with countless email exchanges) for confirmation that the item is in fact, not coming.Throughout the process there is no real tracking. I'm pretty sure the Warmly staff doesnt even know where it is, as all they've been able to tell me is "I assure you, it has shipped."
The first attempt on the order I sent countless emails, and 8 weeks after the order it was finally admitted it was "lost in transit." The second order was "returned to sender" after 6 weeks. And now I'm on the 3rd reorder and it's been 5 weeks.
Customer service has been responsive to me, even though they haven't been able to give me any insight into where my order is throughout these past 5.5 months. Apparently, there's no visibility into tracking until the item reaches the US. So, shall I assume all 3 of my orders have never reached the US?
Customer Service has given me partial refunds upon each reorder, which would normally be a positive experience that I would share. Except it's not positive because it doesnt change the fact that we've still paid hundreds of dollars for an item that we have not yet received, and it's looking unlikely that we will.
*UPDATE* I am told I will not be getting the product I ordered (3 times). The reasoning this time is that my reorder was part of a system error and was never shipped. Hmmm...running out of explanations here. Fortunately, I was refunded, but I certainly would not recommend doing business with Warmly.

I think this company is a scam
I think this company is a scam. Ordered 4 lights, received confirmation of the order, the funds were taken from my account. 6 weeks later, nothing. Sent emails, no response. Called. Recording said all lines were busy, but went to a regular voicemail. Left voicemail, no response. Reported as fraud to my bank. I would never recommend this. Something seems wrong here.

Warmly honored full refund for me
Let me preface this review and say that I ordered two HEX Ceiling lights (black and yellow) right before the full blown COVID-19 lockdown hit in January 2020.
Our delivery of the lights was delayed a bit more than usual which we expected and understandable for the current conditions. Upon receiving the lights and reviewing whether I wanted to keep them, I decided that they just didn't meet my expectations. I took pictures and shared with the Warmly customer support via email and received very prompt responses. The ultimate resolution was that Warmly issued me a full refund (which was returned back to my credit card in 2 business days).
I have to admit that I was reluctant I wasn't going to receive a refund based on some of the reviews shown on this site, but Mark from the Warmly customer support team was very accommodating and addressed my situation to my full satisfaction and because of that response, I'd encourage others to shop on Warmly with confidence knowing that Warmly is just trying to sell a product and is willing to hold up their end of their guarantee.
