Very pleased with my installation of air source heat Pump and solar panels ! Plus its the first time I've been able to have a proper bath in six years ! .. thankyou..

I reach out to the warmauk around 2 months ago or so to get some advice and to see if I would be eligible for there services.
Yes I was with in about 5 days I had a guy come out to my property to have a look we sorted most of the paperwork out on that day . Around 2 may be 3 weeks later I had a full survey of my house and that’s went through find the guy was very helpful and polite.
With in 50 mins or so of me signing the paperwork on line I had warmauk call me to book in the flat roof and insulation to be replaced. The next day I had guys out on a Friday morning early. Ready to go with in 5 minutes of the guys being here worked had started. Really nice guys and just all round great people. The roof took about 5 days or so. That got complicated and then I had a little bit of wait for the next jobs to be started. Next it was all booked in for the a s h p
Heat pump to be fitted and the new water tank and all new radiators in my house . The heating guy was not the best really I’m quit unhappy with them I was left with out hot water for days and heating for over 2 weeks . The heating guy was here till 11 30 pm at night trying to finish it’s by his self .he did leave and some jobs had not been completed and I was not sure how to work the new heat pump . what was not funny and was very helpful!! I have had to complain to warma uk about his and I will say they did help as much as they could . I did have to have more plumbers out to fix the problem he left he has been back and finished the jobs he left unfinished. But I did have to email the guy and text him to get him back and so did warma so iv been told . I have had to have heat pump manufacturer
Out to fix the broken parts.
At the same time I had the solar panels installed on my roof the solar guys were the best you could not have asked for more helpful respectful guys . Top notch service and iv told them that too brilliant. The guys that was here doing my solar help the heating guy plum my a s h p in because he was not the best at his job !!!

The scaffolding company rude and arrogant not helpful or respectful in away the guys did not turn up on the right day was late and then could not be bothered to even put wood up on my new flat roof to protect it from the scaffolding I have had to complain to warma by email and send pictures of the stupid thing they did to my new roof .! The scaffolding is yet to be removed let’s hope not by the same guys. They could not even be bothered to move the pole 2foot one way so I could shut my back gate to stop my dog from getting out so rude and unhelpful in ever way .

Next thing was the wall cavity blow in beads . Great guy
He come a day early and come back the next day to finish. Really nice guy and very helpful .

Next was the loft and roof
insulation and the plasterboard in the room the guys was here very early 5 guys came and work in one day the lot was finished really nice and helpful helped me move some bits and did a fantastic job coved all the floors and everything up and then even cleaned and hovered up after them. Top guys and very hard working and it was a very hot day and they were at it all day and did not stop till it was finished.
The solar guys had to come back to fit another 3 solar panels on my roof so I have 10 solar panels now all working the 7 got fitted in one day and the 3 on another week . But again so helpful and polite. All working find and they even help me with my heat pump and looked to see if they could fix it even though it’s not there job at that time . Really appreciate them guys.

So to around it off warma uk yes in a nut shell great service but just some of the company’s they used are not the best ! But we got there in the end I have to say every single email I sent had been replied to and ever call was polite and helpful. Quit nice to know there are people and companies that do help when you need them Thanks and I will and have recommended you to people thanks again and hope this review helps you guys.

Warma UK has just fitted 12 solar panels - free with a grant, on my house - in addition they fitted electric heating - including some (modern) storage heaters.
They also had on offer air source heat pumps.
My experience of the fitting by the team was v good - & was surprised they were able to complete all in 1 day.
I've wanted solar panels for decades, mainly for green, ethical reasons & to ditch fossil-fuel gas which I've done - without regret.
Through Warma UK I was able to get the panels & storage heaters for free. To be eligible need either to be in receipt of a benefit OR have a household income of less than £30K.
The solar was fitted only a few days ago so can't tell yet how much my energy bills will go down. But to me, even if reduction isn't huge, I'll still be happy knowing that my surplus will feed the National Grid with sustainable energy.
Then in the future when I can afford a battery for storage - so much the better.
The team worked very hard, was friendly & cleared up afterwards.

All the lads where very good and helpful
Apart from the scaffolds who climbed over my new garden fence and trampled over my plants but fitters where really good lads I was very happy with them

On the whole am happy. My only gripe is lack of communication otherwise great

The tradesmen were excellent polite and helpful

Turned up dead on time. Stewart was friendly and polite. Started work straight away. He was fantastic, a very hard worker he never stopped. His apprentice was polite and hard worker. They were tidy and efficient. Was easy to talk to, they explained everything as they went on. We are very pleased with the boiler they installed. We can highly recommend them.

Trouble free. Very competent installer. Friendly & courteous. Couldn't have wished for a better experience.

Great communication from Warma. All trades were friendly and polite and carried out the work to a high standard.

Good manners on the phone and decent technical support during the installation .

Had solar & HR storage heaters fitted
The whole process from start to finish was very easy having been talked through every step! The installers were fantastic had everything completed and working within the 2 day time frame we were given! Very pleased with the service provided from Warmer uk

I was very satisfied with installation of the heating pump and solar panels but I am banging my head against a brick wall after many phone calls and e-mails requesting the removal of the scaffolding which has been up well over 6 weeks I am an 84 pensioner and it is a trip hazard as well as an eyesore they also said the rubbish would be removed but it is still outside my front door

Very friendly professional dedicated guys. Especially the solar panel fitters. They continued working, not really stopping for proper breaks until they were happy they had achieved what they for that day. Impressive.

despite the sweltering hot weather conditions I was very impressed with the professional way both teams the electricians and the solar panel technicians went about their business a very fine effort by all

Still suffering from the consequences of a terrible install where they had to come back to the property almost ten times before completing this properly. The install of the inverter was done against my instruction in the most inconvenient place and not where the surveyor had agreed with me it would be installed. Plans had to be revised. The system was stated as commissioned when it wasn't because otherwise it wouldn't have met the date for them getting the grant money. The after service was non-existent.

Having changed broadband provider obviously I had to reconfigure the datalogger and thus today encounter the horror show of the original install by this useless bunch of cheats.

Have dealt with Jack Miller ,from start to finish , he has been above and beyond. I have asked lots ,yes lots of question ,and always answered them with courtesy, even though at times I must have been hard work . The company , I think was called G A S , an island company excellent, lads , very clean and tidy . Can highly recommend them for your on going business with your product .

All of the different trades worked very well together as a team and each member knew what he/she was doing.

We were really pleased to see all this work done. The workers who came were always very helpful, reliable and very tidy, clearing up after jobs. Couldn't have been better.

We recently had a heatpump and solar panels installed along with 21 radiators .the fitting team arrived first thing Tuesday morning and finished the job Wednesday afternoon .the team worked extremely hard and efficiently to complete the job .and cleaned up when finished 🙌 I would highly recommend this company

Once I got in touch with Warma the process of eligibility for the grant was fairly quick, but do be prepared to get together a reasonable amount of personal information, bank acc, earnings, etc.
One slight issue I had was the survey team that came round did not have the expert knowledge of the trades people that actually do the work, which did cause a few problems but was sorted in the end.

Over all I was pleased with the communication with Warma and their attitude to get thing done and sorted. All engineers that came where polite, knowledgeable, and tidy in their work.
So now all installed and working and I am especially pleased with the solar, since December and despite the bad weather we have had 800 kwh out of 6 panels. This I will definitely upgrade
