Poor service at 2 stores in the same day
I needed help getting a new cord for charging a phone. I had the old cord in my hand when talking to your employee at the Lincoln Road store.I purchased the one He recommended, only to get it home and finding it was not right. I live closer to the Northwest Store, so took it back there only to be ask to take it back to the another store as it would take too long to do the refund at this store. Is this part of your refund policy? Or are your employees making it up as they go along because they can't be bothered? Not to mention given bad advice in the first place.If it would let me a would have given a 0 star rating.
The Manukau branch needs to lift its game!
The Manukau branch needs more staff and ones with actual customer service as their focus! Today as I entered the store two staff members standing chatting at the door while an unsafe piece of equipment was in the way ; I mentioned it was a hazard as I had crutches and only then did they move it. This branch only has one staff member manning the photocopier area, and today there were three of us waiting. I waved to the staff member standing around to come help her staff, (there were no other customers to serve )told me to just wait..?!Where are the days of helping all customers if you see they need assistance?I felt sorry for the poor staff member. Will not be returning to the store. Over the years has gotten worse unfortunately

Absolutely the worst customer service. Biz rewards is a joke can't log in and on the odd occasion it let's you the next page blocks you.
Emails are not responded to and 3 phone calls have been disconnected without being called back even though they said they would.
Awful programme with terrible customer care. No point in signing up whatsoever.

The Westgate store used to be very good. Thanks to the new staff its gone down the hill. They just don’t help you to get pics printed as they have no knowledge of the photo machine. Also behind the counter staff is absolutely rude and disrespectful. Pls learn etiquettes and if you don’t love your job PLS QUIT!!! Horrible service pls avoid

I Had 2 photos printed off at Warehouse stationery South Dunedin at 2pm today 26 October I was having difficulty getting to print photos and sizing the young tall gentleman at the counter assisted well and beyond my expectations I also required frames which he advised isle number I returned to collect photos and make payment and he advised they were too small for the frame he then assisted me to find correct frame
I was very impressed with this young man he usually works in Tech side of warehouse and was helping out

Passport photo warehouse stationery
Went to warehouse stationary palmerston north to have passport photo taken, person who took the photo was very rude and had incorrectly taken it leading to the photo being rejected due to appearing modified, if your going to have a photo taken do it your self.
My receipt was completely different to the actual products I bought
I bought 2 protractors($1.50 each) and one 40 leaf folder($2 each) and one rubber($0.99 each). Total would be $6 but on the receipt it said $7.49 and it said I got 3 folders and 2 protracters. The rubber was gone. They did it all wrong. Hope they can be more careful next time.

Yet another warning about using Fotofinish. They say it takes 5-7 days to print and they will get in touch when its ready. It has been 13 days and still have not heard anything. Called their phone lines and nobody answers (as others have noted). Asked for a refund and they declined saying they have already printed it. Terrible service will never order here again
I am not one to complain and up until…
I am not one to complain and up until now have only every had good experiences with warehouse stationary Porirua and o line services. However I Have recently purchased from Fotofinish which is the system they use to print photo products. The order confirmation is prompt but everything else after that is disappointing. I have called the Porirua store multiple times, on different occasions and every day of this week regarding my order. Not once has someone answered the phone in-store, I am aware they are currently merging with warehouse however it is not good enough no one has picked the phone up to answer a few questions, instead making me drive to the store and have to speak to one of the workers who had no idea where my order was or what to do to provide assurance. The website states it will take 5-7 buisness days and it has now been 11 working days since the order was placed, nothing on the website indicates any reason for delay and no email about order delay either. Please answer your phone or update your website please.

I should have done this a long time ago to rate the Manukau store as one of the best stores in any retail experience I have had!! The most friendly, helpful and kind staff especially JAG awesome guy!! He was so kind that he even went out of his way to not only help me choose the right printer but a week later I had wifi issues while printing so when they didn't have in stock the right adapter & I needed urgently to print lots for my business, he lend me his own personal one he owned until I buy one of my own. So few days later I thanked him as I was able to print my urgent printing and respectfully returned his item. I told JAG he should be the manager so big 5 stars to him & their awesome staff!!

I dont consider myself a complaining type, but wanted to give honest feedback. Royal Oak Warehouse Stationery are not the most efficient.
Waited 45mins to get a simple printing task done, saw x2 customers give up and leave within this time, got passed from staff member to staff member..
Advise hiring more competent staff who actually want to be there. One slim Indian male worker is the best.. Apologies don't know his name. I have observed customers get frustrated all the times I have visited...
P.S. Got job done in 5mins for $1 in Royal Oak Mall, no problem. Won't return.

I placed an order for my Business Card at Manukau Warehouse Stationery last 19 April 2022, and today, it is already 7 May. Until now, there is still no update or anyone to contact me regarding my order!!!. According to The Warehouse stationery website, it will only take 7 days for me to receive my order. I did some follow up the following week, and one of the staff told me that the designer for my business card would contact me. The designer contacted me for the approval for the design BUT!!, after that, I haven't received any updates or messages from anyone.
I rang the Warehouse Stationery, and they said they would contact me via email if my order were ready for pick up. Since I still haven't received any response from The Warehouse stationery, Last 2 May, I went to the store in Manukau, and the staff told me to "WAIT!! " I want to ask, HOW LONG DOES IT REALLY TAKES TO MAKE A BUSINESS CARD?!. I asked two of their staff, "how much longer should I wait to receive my order. It has been 19 days already," and they kept telling me to wait. I wasted my time, gas, and effort going to the store because I needed the business cards already, and I've been waiting for 19 days to receive them. And it frustrates me that there was no assurance on how much longer I should stay.
Last 4 May, I called to follow up regarding my order, and they just kept telling me to wait.
Yesterday 6 May, I called the store THRICE!!! And nobody answered my call!! They probably know my number by now. What is going on here?!! And I called The Warehouse Stationery at Manukau again this morning using a different phone number, and they ANSWERED. The customer service representative told me to "WAIT, until it is ready to be picked up" THE CUSTOMER SERVICE GIVEN IS VERY POOR!!!

I went to Warehouse Stationary Dunedin on tuesday 3rd May at 12.50. By the time I found what I was wanting to purchase and went to the counter I was the only customer in the shop. 3 staff behind the counter, 1 was printing photos 2 talking to each other and another staff member filling a shelf to the rear of the shop. I waited....looking over at the 2 chatting....looked over at the perso filling the shelf and thinking who is going to serve me. I know I was seen....I had eye contact fleetingly. I waited a wee bit longer....being patient....then decided that my custom was not wanted. I walked out. Im rather discusted....being a business owner and working in customer service myself, I would be very unhappy if any of my workers ignored customers to this extent.

Went to print off some documents. 10mins later realised they did not return my USB stick. They couldn't find it even though I printed documents 10mins ago. Counter staff called the girl who served me and she couldn't remember. I suspect she just threw it into the trash and couldn't be bothered with it. The shop was not busy and I dont believe she could not remember what she did with it. The USB stick is not expensive and easily replacable but it should be returned.
I found that staff to be uninterested and stroppy. One girl, Joyce, I've dealt with on previous occasions I've found to be particularly bad and quite honestly she needs to find another job.

Warehouse stationary Chartwell - bad service. Got my passport photo taken. Extremely poor service. They don’t even take the time to cut the photos when requested. Was asked to pay an extra 3 $ when I asked them to cut the photos to the actual size. Seriously!
