My daughter and I visited the Sylvia park Warehouse stationery where we were met by, I'm assuming is one of your staff members. He was a male who was wearing a turban.
His customer services or lack thereof was a horrible experience. Because of his extreme rudeness towards my daughter and I is unacceptable, we left and purchased what we needed from The Warehouse where we were greeted with excellent customer services.
As someone who is in business, that guys definitely losing you income that pays his wages. Disgusting behavior.
The kiosk system is a joke
The kiosk system is a joke. You can't print a certain size picture even if you're willing to trim it yourself... I uploaded the exact size images I need printed and they came out oversized.
The kiosk wouldn't tell me how big an individual picture was so I had to just hope it came out correct. How hard would it be to add some customisation to the kiosk a simple "7.5cm x 5cm". There are apps on the internet that are free that can size things accurately from pixels. Yet they cannot make a system where you can customise your photos.
A joke won't be going back.
Poor customer service
I went to Hamilton Warehouse stationary in the city to print out my son's Passport photo from a USB. They advised me to use the kiosk. Unfortunately, the machine was not letting me to crop the image and ended with some error. I asked a female staff member in the store for assistance, but she said they can't come to help with the Kiosk and suggested bringing my son to the store to take the photo instead. I spent longtime there and tried my best, but with no luck. No one offered assistance or even asked if I needed help. If they can't at least come and look at the error, what's the point of having the machine there and advertising it on their website that- In store printing

Ugliest photo ever
Ugliest, most disgusting passport photo i have ever had taken. They don't even show you the photo or ask if you're happy with it. While it was accepted by the passport office, I now have a passport that gets rejected at egates and when used as ID because apparently the photo looks nothing like me. Considering how expensive the passport was, I can't afford to have it redone, but it's basically unusable because the photo is so bad. If you get a photo taken here, I recommend you demand to see it and make them retake it until you are happy with it. I wish I had. I'm so upset and disappointed with this terrible photo and service.
Absolutely Fabulous...
I'm elderly, looking after grandchildren while their Mum was abroad. 9 year-old was going on a school camp (around 20 February 2024) and I needed to put 36 name tags onto her clothes. I bought a Dymo label maker from Alex , with iron on label cassette, and head home at 5 pm - delighted. I used Dymo in my youth sp I was confident.
I was back at 08.30 pm. I could not make it work. Audrey tried to help me , but in the end she called Alex who was off duty. He CAME BACK TO WORK. He did what was necessary to let the Dymo machine churn out labels and I was able to go home and get everything ironed on before I went to bed. I have never had better customer service anyhere in my life and I'm 79 y.o.
The reason it's taken so long for me to get this done is that I haven't yet worked out how to do your QR scan method for reviewing!!!

AMAZING service
AMAZING service. So impressed with staff at Royal Oak branch. The laptop I wanted was not in stock, they took the time and effort to track down the product in another stock & had it put aside for me. Several of the staff were involved and I felt they cared for me as a customer, even though the $800 sale occurred in another branch. VERY IMPRESSED with the service!! I have had good experiences here in the past - the staff here really care. Much appreciated!
Long wait for print service
Lol I ordered a print job online for a couple of photos on October 21 2023, and I've only just got the email today 11 Jan 2024 saying it's being printed 😂😂😂 I went elsewhere way before that and got my photos done on the same day a couple days after i ordered originally Damn that sh*it service, won't be picking them up as I don't need them

Terrible customer service from the manager at Warehouse stationary St Lukes. Told me I would get a 20% discount for printing and laminating for a sports charity notice board. Then on the day I was ready to print said no discount as I didn’t need enough pages printed and laminated. Really rude and said I could go elsewhere

Just visited, staff couldn't care less, unhelpful, impolite, second staff member ignoring customers.
I assume you don't train your staff to be this bad or do you, no wonder your reviews are so bad.

I often visit the Paraparaumu Stationery Warehouse, and so far have had consistently friendly, speedy and effective service in both retail and copying. The staff are always busy but also always make time for questions, discussion and guidance about both their products and copying.
I also appreciate the wide range of items and the logical layout of their clean and spacious store.
Father's day FAFO SERVICE BLAH BLAH TO A GOOD OUTCOME
Hi all so I wanted to buy a laptop for my father for Father's day so I started working with Eastgate branch which organized a delivery from invercargill as they had stock only to find out invercargill had sold the laptop which apparently I had been in to purchase so I was told it had arrived to find no stock it hadn't been shipped and lied t so I wasn't happy with invercargill or eastegate so eastegate arranged for me to go choose a laptop for my father at a good price and really nice service from Chris the manager at south city and Scott the manager at Eastgate don't ever wish to deal with brad he was rude and horrible to deal with very unprofessional would highly recommend speaking with Scott or Chris at either stores great service good understanding from the managers

How are they still in business?
Terrible service, went in and their computer system was down so they could not do passport pics. I suggested they photograph my baby then take payment and email it to me once things were up and running - which they did, only to find out that the picture was not acceptable to the NZ Passport office.
If you are charging for a service - make sure you can fulfill the requirements/guidelines - that is what customers are paying for.
After panicking and not being able to get through all day, I drove my baby down to try to resolve asap however the store was closed as it is relocating. Nothing was stated on the answering service when you call which is ridiculous. I'll never use their service again and will be seeking a refund.

Wanted to print one basic black & white A4 piece of paper ... had to scan bank card for minimum of $3 (which you hold for so many days to gain interest on) then I find out one piece of paper is going to cost me $0.98!!!!!!!! what a joke 🤣

It's only 1 star because I don't think I can leave anything less. Sent in a fairly large order (concert programmes) online to the Petone store on Thurs morning. Their website said it should be ready the next day. The money went from my credit card. I rang repeatedly on Friday afternoon to check on the order ... No one answered...repeatedly. at least half an hour waiting. I drove to petone at 6pm to find that the printery had been closed at 5pm. I asked someone to look for my order. After some time with no joy, I was told the order hadn't been done and because they had had some large orders to do on Saturday it wouldn't get don't in time for me to pick up for the concert on Sunday. Utterly unhelpful service. Couldn't do anything because 'head office' ... No concern at all about the fact that at 6pm on a Friday night I had very little chance of being able to find a printer that could do the job for me. Do not ever use these people. I wait to see if my refund will be processed. Not holding out out much hope.
Forget Purchasing Advertising Products
Head Office? Hopeless! Ordered a teardrop flag in November 2022. Still hadn’t arrived March 20 2023 because the Warehouse Stationery Head Office hadn’t forwarded the confirmation for the design. One email to send and they couldn’t do that! Fortunately managed to get my order refunded by one of the Staff.
