Anthony Ward Thomas Anmeldelser

I was impressed by the service I received from start to finish. All the stress and worry around packing up, logistics and unpacking were alleviated by their competence and professional approach. Everything went smoothly and all the people were friendly and helpful.

Very helpful, friendly, willing team - cracked on and got the job done .... just what we needed!

Really great team who worked well together. Super efficient.

Brilliant, least stressful bit of the move!

I have moved 3 times using Moves/Ward Thomas and had storage of different amounts with them for 23 years. The staff are always cheery and a great help, whether it's simply going into the storage containers or actual moving. They are extremely secure and careful with all items, big and small. I'm almost sad to have finally removed the last items! Colin and Shirley have always given great personal attention to requests.

Best team ever super organised, clean and very quiet, I moved twice with them and I will continue

Very professional! Thank you so much for everything

Excellent service. On time, careful and polite. I highly recommend this company.

The first team who came to the packing were the very best I ever had but the team who delivered to my address 6 weeks later were good but not as good. The men in the teams are very polite and obliging. I would recommend them.

Excellent service, careful and attentive crew, friendly and flexible.
superb in every aspect.

Overall good, I felt staff were hard working, but communication let us down. I needed a piano removing, made this very clear and gave all the necessary details. I was told it should be fine, it wouldn’t be the first time the team had done this, and generally given the impression I didn’t need to worry further. They team tried but they knew nothing about moving pianos. It was a straight-forward move, modern upright on the ground floor. They said they couldn’t move it because of ‘access issues’ which refers to nothing other than inexperience moving pianos, as two men from a piano removal company, recommended to me subsequently by Antony Ward Thomas, moves it in a flash.
I should have liked to have been told, clearly, that the team they were sending did not include people experienced with moving pianos and that if I wanted to be certain it was moved on that day, I should pay for it as an ‘additional’ and they would get their piano removal expert on site too. Thus would have saved a lot of bother and irritation.

Great service. Reliable, hard-working & friendly staff - both at the removal and the booking phases.

The service Anthony Ward Thomas provided was excellent from start to finish - packing, moving, storage, re-delivery.

very good efficient service. On time and polite and helpful.
Thank you

By a long way Ward Thomas have been the best Removal Firm we have used. Efficient, polite and helpful. I strongly recommend them.

Excellent, courteous and efficient service. Reliable and helpful

We used Antony Ward services to store items of furniture to be sent abroad. A. Ward team checked the furniture to make sure it was as we had ordered and in good condition and alerted us when it was not the case. They then packed the items very carefully. They organised and coordinated the transport abroad. We found the service to be excellent and good value for money; the team is very responsive and professional.
