This application is terrible for…

This application is terrible for WhatsApp marketing. It does not send messages as promised, making it completely useless for its intended purpose. The interface might look fine, but it fails to deliver the basic functionality required for marketing campaigns. It's a waste of time and money. Don't rely on this app for your marketing needs.

This is an amazing platform but if…

This is an amazing platform but if someone is registered as an agency and texting to thriller registered customers then one should not be banned coz it affects the business. The same happened with me.

Lack Human Touch

Un Cooperative responses from staff. They have automated the system & expect everyone to be pro with digital technology. If you are an amateur they will expect you to read manuals & hipps of pages from there website & bots.

This app is incredibly frustrating! It constantly bombards you with ads, making it nearly impossible to use. But even worse, I've been trying to set it up for the past 20 hours with absolutely no success. There is zero support from the company, no website, no FAQs, nothing! It's like they released this app and then completely abandoned it. Save yourself the headache and skip this one.

The worst experience ever!

Someone once mentioned that the CEO himself sat down with him over a call and resolved the issue, that is a complete lie! I tried to setup a demo call for someone to walk me through how set things up for myself and our partners and I was informed that they do not do or have any customer service support via calls. Everything is by email. You can imagine how frustrating it is to try to explain something so technical over text. Comparing this platform to others that simply offer more and have better support systems in place, just don't waste your time.

Put simply it might be a good platform (we'll never really know) but if you do face difficulties, don't plan on having someone help you through it and good luck getting it resolved by mail.

It makes us sad to see your 1-star review. You never signed up for our product or purchase it but left this review for something that we do not even promise on our website.

You were expecting to have call with someone in our team but we informed you that as we're a self-serve product, we do not currently offer help on call.

Also we informed you that we're not even advertising on our site anywhere that we provide call support but would be happy to answer your queries on chat or email. We even shared demo videos and helpdesk article links with you to help you with your queries.

After all this, we even made an exception for you and actually did a short call with you to try to help you with your queries. Still it's sad and quite unreasonable to see you leave the 1-star review.

I'm currently working with WANotifier's…

I'm currently working with WANotifier's free version. I'm able to send 250 messages per day for free. This version is very helpful for me, since I'm at my learning phase. Initially I wasn't able to send messages since
I missed a step. I resolved the issue with in an hour with customer support.
