The service is very bad
The service is very bad. i paid a month back and some server issue and they are gone .. raised , followed their team through WhatsApp, link din etc .. but very poor response.. i lost my 6k wat i paid as nothing is live. so please stay away from this company as its not at all professional

I had signed up with BotBiz during their early days and, since it was a lifetime subscription, I hadn’t actively used it until recently. As my customer base started growing, I wanted to leverage WhatsApp automation to better manage communication.
Being a doctor and not very tech-savvy, I struggled while trying to set things up on my own. In the process, I accidentally created multiple accounts and ran into confusion. That’s when I reached out to BotBiz customer support—and what followed was truly refreshing.
For the first time in a long while, I experienced what genuine customer support feels like. Instead of dealing with bots, endless IVRs, or canned responses, I was connected to a real human being who patiently understood my problem, empathized with my struggle, and resolved my issues quickly.
