Not the best Customer Support

Same than the rest of Reviews, not the best, but honestly, the customer service is not so good.

They even asked me for the Shopify Store login credentials, after asking me the botbiz credentials to find out what's going on.

They solve problems through anydesk, that I think is not the proper way to attend customers.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. I continuously try and reach out to them but all they do is ignore my messages. Even when the messages are urgent, they just don’t care.

It’s an absolute disaster of a service—completely unreliable, unprofessional, and utterly frustrating. The lack of efficiency and the constant mistakes make it impossible to deal with.

Pathetic Customer Service

Pathetic Customer Service, ZERO Post Sales Support. They just give a whatsapp number and ask us to send our complaints, but there wont be any proper response or resolution to the problem.
